"Brise en mer" Apartment on the Baltic Sea: 113 m², sleeps 5, ocean view, spa bath, and close to the beach

The Brise apartment is located on the second floor of a solidly built apartment building, which boasts a unique, front-row location on the Baltic Sea and overlooking the entrance to the Olpenitz Marina. The apartment building, featuring 3 apartments and a penthouse, is ideal for a family vacation where each family has its own private retreat while still enjoying the vacation together. The building was completed in June 2020 and is located on the northern pier “Auf der Ostsee,” just a few meters from the private beach of the Olpenitz Baltic Sea resort.

With 113 square meters of space, the Brise apartment offers plenty of room for 5 people. The large, south-facing living-dining area, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a view of the sailing yachts entering the Olpenitz Marina, offers the perfect panorama for enjoying a relaxing vacation. The comfortable sofa bed, smart TV, and cozy reading chair round out the stylish furnishings of this special apartment.

The built-in, high-quality kitchen ensures you can enjoy a view of the water even while cooking. This lovingly equipped kitchen is sure to make any home cook’s heart beat faster.

Two large bedrooms with built-in closets, high-quality box-spring beds, a desk, and a smart TV offer the perfect night’s rest. The lovingly furnished single room is equipped with children’s toys, a closet, and child-friendly artwork.

Comfortable seating and two high-quality upholstered sun loungers await our guests on the large south-facing balcony.

The wellness bathroom is equipped with a Finnish sauna, a large walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet.

A washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a clothes rack are available in the utility room. A private, lockable shed for bicycles, SUPs, and similar items is located next to a private parking space directly in front of the house.

The Brise apartment features a water treatment system and a ventilation system for our guests.

This building contains 4 apartments: “Ebbe und Flut” (first floor), “Horizont” (1st floor), “Brise” (2nd floor), and the penthouse “Himmel & Meer.”

The “Brise” apartment is part of the newly built Olpenitz Baltic Sea resort. Please note that construction work may still be taking place in the surrounding area. We’d be happy to provide you with the latest information on the current status. However, we do not have any information on when future work will be carried out.
