Located at the most prime location Central of Waikiki, A block away from famous International Market. and mall, walking distance to beach, restaurants . On site `Forty Niner ` cafe. Large swimming pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, BBQ Grills and picnic tables and a Fitness Center.

A very spacious lanai (balcony) that invites the fresh Hawaiian breeze with 180° views, Fully furnished Queen Bed, and a sofa bed.

Parking Info:
Parking is not included. Guests may park in the adjacent parking garage in the Island Colony for $45/day (rates are subject to change). Please pay attendant directly (ProPark).

Kindly note: In accordance with Hawaii state law, the Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) rate will increase from 10.25% to 11% starting January 1, 2026. For reservations after this date, an additional 0.75% tax adjustment will apply. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this change.

As with any bustling destination, you may occasionally hear the sounds of busy streets and city life.
For added comfort, noise-canceling earplugs can help ensure a restful stay. If you have online meetings or need a quieter environment, noise-canceling headphones can also be useful.

All reservations are non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment in the event of unexpected changes or emergencies.

If you want to cancel this booking, please note that we follow a strict cancellation policy. Also, we are unable to fulfill requests to shorten trip duration. Nevertheless, we are open and willing to accommodate any additional days or extensions you may require. Thank you for your understanding.

The Island Colony has a front desk where you will check In. Our company as your host will send your information to register. We will contact you prior to arrival and available during your stay.

We are from the island and will be happy to share great places to see and do! The Island Colony is surrounded by many convenient stores (including in the building`s 6th floor), eateries and boutique shops all within a block. So, walking is great! Also in the same block is the city bus stop called `The Bus` where you can go everywhere on the island. There is also The Waikiki Trolley (fee) that is offered at various pick up points near by. Uber is always an option too!

***Please be informed that the building management follows a mandatory water shut-off schedule every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month from 9am-12pm only to give way to maintenance services.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods.

We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the property or in areas not designated for smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and near the premises.

Please note that a $1000 fine will apply for any violations of this policy. If building management issues a citation to us as owners and hosts, we may escalate the matter to the management for further action. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and safe environment. Fees subject to change, kindly check office/FD for updated rates and terms.

These activities are initiated and controlled solely by the building management and are beyond the host’s scope of responsibility. Please be aware that occasional noise may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as building maintenance, neighboring activities, or the urban environment. Guests are responsible for any shipping or transportation costs associated with the return of lost items. Items left unclaimed for a period of 30 days will be subject to disposal or donation, and we will not be held responsible for such actions.
