Enheden er 100% møbleret, inklusive strandstole - Håndklæder - Snorkeludstyr - Queen Bed i soveværelset. Udsigten fra Lanai på billedet blev taget fra vores Lanai.

Køkkenet er indrettet med alt hvad du har brug for, endda en kaffekværn. HDTV, CD-afspiller i stuen

Komplekset er indhegnet og stille. BBQ'erne er på havvæggen, som er ca. 40 'fra vores enhed. Underetagen betyder direkte adgang til pool, grill og bugt. Ingen grund til at gå ned ad trapper og hele vejen rundt om bygningen, når du prøver at få teriyaki spyd på grillen!

The place for snorkeling with the sea turtles!

The host simply thought of everything a guest could want. A highlight of my stay was definitely the snorkeling every morning with the many sea turtles, myriad colorful fish, sea urchins and even a small octopus.

Honokeana Cove doesn't disappoint!

Piece of Paradise

Lovely condo with a priceless view. Beautiful cove showing off sunsets and turtles. Relaxed atmosphere with pristine grounds. The condo was also perfect for 2 people with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you:)

The view of the cove and the abundance of turtles was so beautiful to enjoy everyday. Such a special place.

Turtles Galore

We chose this property so we could snorkel in Honokeana Cove. It did not disappoint. Although the access to the cove is slightly difficult due to a rocky entry, the inconvenience is worth it. The snorkeling is great! The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The owners provided everything needed for a beach vacation. One minor drawback is that our upstairs neighbors sounded like a herd of elephants and the early morning road noise was not great for light sleepers. Oh well, more time spent enjoying outside!

Wonderful place to stay!

We stayed 12 nights in June (2025), and we had the most amazing vacation. The condo is perfectly outfitted for a long-term stay. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils you might need, including a blender and a toaster. Additionally, there are gas grills on the property that you can use. The laundry facilities allowed us to pack light and wash our clothes when needed. The air conditioner in the bedroom is great and keeps the sleeping area cool, but we just kept the windows open during the day, and the condo stayed cool from the breezes blowing through. Additionally, since the owner provides all the snorkeling and beach equipment for two people, it's easy to step out the door and spend some time snorkeling or visiting the nearby beach (which is just 100 feet away). There really is no need to go out on a boat to access snorkel spots, although we did take a SeaMaui cruise one day, and it was awesome; we would recommend this cruise. But we decided that the best snorkeling is in the condo’s own cove (Honokeana Cove). We saw at least two dozen sea turtles, tons of different types of fish, an octopus, and we saw two eels (SO COOL)!The sunsets are magical, and the grounds and pool are perfectly maintained, making this property the perfect hidden gem for a stay in Maui. At sunset, they light the gas tiki torches, and it is so cool. We have already reserved return dates for next summer!

Old unit in a great location

Booked this just for snorkeling. The unit hasn’t been updated since 1993. Air conditioning in bedroom only. Pretty noisy as the windows are louvered, so they don’t really close. Road noise early morning and from the upstairs unit. I’d stay somewhere else in the future and deal with traveling to the snorkel spot.

Comfy condo and excellent location

Great experience! The cove is a perfect location for snorkeling and swimming. The condo was comfy, especially the new bed. We enjoyed our time there and will try to stay there again when we next visit Maui.

Great spot to just relax and enjoy Maui

Everything we needed was there. Snorkeling could not be better and getting in and out for snorkeling was superb. We spent a lot of time just hanging out on the lanai, listening to the waves, watching the turtles, and spotting a few whales. Highly recommend this spot!!

Amazing!

The turtles stole the show! The property was amazing and very well kept. The amenities were great and we really enjoyed the outdoor movie night on the lawn. Minutes walk to Napili Beach and a quick drive to Kapalua Beach as well as Lahaina. Would highly recommend staying here!

The best snorkeling we have ever experienced!

Location, location, location! The condo complex is incredible. The views from the condo are fabulous. The grounds are kept immaculate. The condo is dated, but there is no reason to stay inside. The lanai, pool and cove keep you outside. Everyone is extremely friendly. Condo perks are air conditioning in bedroom, new comfortable mattress, new snorkeling equipment,new beach chairs and umbrella. Definitely recommend!!!

10 days was not enough! Love this spot

2nd time staying in this complex. Gorgeous spot to just hang out..No need to go anywhere. If it were me the only improvement I would consider is a new mattress. But it certainly would not keep us from coming back!

Turtles!!

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo (December and June). It is the best place to stay!! The price is reasonable and the views are spectacular. This is the best snorkeling bay on the island if you would like an up close and person experience with the turtles. At any given moment we could see about 20 turtles in the bay and also sunning on the rocks. The pool is refreshing and the property is well taken care of. We are already planning our next trip! 🐢

Turtles galore!

Fabulous snorkeling in a quiet cove in a young family friendly property. Lots of grass and shad and the view from your lanai can’t be beat. We found we had overlooked there was no air conditioning, which in the winter not a problem, but we were quite warm. The breezes helped The condo could use an upgrade. Although it is equipped with everything you could possibly need, queen bed too small and really needs a facelift.

Gorgeous stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Honokeana Cove! I was worried about not having A/C but that wasn’t a problem at all for us. We did come in March, so coming in summer might be a different story, but we weren’t too hot at all. The view from the lanai is simply stunning. The grounds here are beautiful and everything is so peaceful and quiet. We found that the snorkeling in the cove was the best out of the 8 different spots we went to on the island. We swam with 10 different turtles one day! (Giving them their space of course). We found the bed comfortable, and liked how large the shower was. The only complaint is that the bathroom door sticks and is quite hard to slide to open and close it. The check in process is easy and I loved having a code instead of keeping track of a key.

hi guys. pros....pretty location. old school condo. if you take it for what is it. a great stay. cons. well, no air conditioning, to make it worse amigos/ owner, the ice machine was not working , I had to go buy ice from the store, no beuno. the bbqs are nice, butthey dont get real hot and do not have flames , totally ruined my rib eye . middle of the road. locking gates out front made it difficult to come and go, perhaps you think that adds to the security of the place. really, its maui. it was more of a inconvenience as I was not even given the correct gate code. if you can deal with all that go for it.

Sleepers beware

We were excited for our stay at this property based on the photos and reviews .... I am actually shocked that I didn't see any complaints on the beds and noise. Maybe I missed them, but just in case, I cannot with good conscience not leave an honest review because if I had known, we would not have booked it. First off, the view was as promised, so 5 stars there. It was absolutely beautiful. I'm giving the 2 stars because of the view, otherwise this would be a 1. The queen bed and pull out sofa mattress however, were the 5 worst sleeps of our life. We almost packed up and tried to find a hotel. The queen bed is completely dilapidated and sinks towards the middle. The sleeper sofa bed was even worse. My poor kids. The mattress and frame are sitting in an arch so that head and feet are lower than the rest of your body. The second issue we had was with the noise level and lack of privacy. As there is no air conditioning, you need to leave all windows open at all times and because the property is shaped like a U, you hear crying babies, conversations, pool noise, etc and there is no sleeping in or peace of any sort even through the day. Third issue would be lack of bath towels ( only had 4 total) and kitchen towels (2 total with 1 dishrag) For a 5 night stay, this is ridiculous.
