• Enjoy multiple gathering areas including private pool area, fabulous enclosed courtyard with dining table, serene porch, and spacious second floor balcony with lagoon views.
• Explore Sea Pines with 4 complimentary adult bicycles stored on property.
• The kitchen is fabulously outfitted in the BESTNEST tradition, with dining seating for 8 nearby and dedicated bar area.
• The newly resurfaced private pool and spa area features lounge chairs, a gas grill, and poolside TV area and dining area. Pool is heatable in cooler months.
• Good dogs are welcome!
• This home features an open living/dining/kitchen layout with great natural light.
• Enjoy password protected WiFi, enhanced Spectrum cable, multiple televisions, and Bluetooth speaker for streaming our BESTNEST playlists.

• Our hallmark? CLEANLINESS! Yes, we’re shouting it out and so are our guests- just read our reviews.
• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Walk to the beach in 10 minutes, or bike in 5-7 minutes. You may also drive to the exclusive Beach Trolley shuttle to the Sea Pies Beach Club.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 5 minutes by car from 20 Gunnery Lane. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

PETS: We welcome your dog for an additional fee of $350. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone. Please inquire if you have questions.

BICYCLES: Enjoy the use of 4 complimentary adult bicycles during your stay!

POOL & SPA HEATING: Heatable with propane. The charge is $350.00 for the first day and $150.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable. Please inquire for winter rates.

This property was perfect for our family of six. The home is in excellent condition, and we could tell the owners put a lot of effort into making sure the home was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The management company was very easy to work with.We would definitely rent this home again.

We loved our couples getaway at 20 Gunnery Lane. The home offered the perfect mix of comfort, privacy, and luxury, with spacious bedrooms for each couple and open living areas ideal for gathering over coffee or cocktails. We enjoyed exploring Sea Pines, golfing at Harbour Town golf links, and relaxing by the pool afterward. The fenced backyard was a wonderful bonus, allowing our dog to safely enjoy the outdoor space with us. Everything about the home made for a relaxing and memorable long weekend, and the service from BESTNEST was excellent from start to finish. We left refreshed and already looking forward to coming back.
