THE SETTING: 20 Gunnery Lane is ideally positioned for enjoying Sea Pines by foot or bike, with the beach approximately a 10-minute walk or 5–7 minute bike ride away. Four complimentary adult bicycles make it particularly easy to head out for the morning, whether you're bound for the beach or simply exploring the miles of surrounding bike paths. Back at home, the lagoon provides a serene backdrop from the second-floor balcony, while the courtyard, porch, and private pool area create several distinct places to relax outdoors.

It's an inviting setting for relaxed afternoons at home and casual evenings outside. The pool and spa may be heated with propane during select cooler months.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE: Sleeps 10 comfortably // 2 King beds // 1 Queen bed // 4 Twin beds. Both king bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, while the additional queen bedroom and bunk room with four twin beds provide flexible accommodations for families and groups. Luxury BESTNEST linens and comfortable bedding are provided throughout.

FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN: The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped in the BESTNEST tradition and opens easily to the home's living and dining areas. Nearby dining accommodates eight, and a dedicated bar area provides additional space for drinks and entertaining.

PETS: Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $350. Labradors and other oily-coated breeds are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated whenever left unattended. Please inquire with any questions regarding your dog.

BICYCLES: Four complimentary adult bicycles are provided for guest use during your stay—especially convenient with the beach just 5–7 minutes away by bike.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately a 10-minute walk or 5–7 minute bike ride. Guests may also use the seasonal Sea Pines Beach Trolley to reach the Sea Pines Beach Club. From the day after Labor Day through mid-March, overnight guests may park directly at the Beach Club.

POOL & SPA HEAT: The private pool and spa may be heated with propane for an additional fee of $350 for the first day and $150 for each additional day during March through May and September through November. Pool and spa heat fees are non-taxable and non-refundable. Please inquire for winter rates.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
