It features two comfortable bedrooms, one full bathroom, a cozy living area, and a dining space—perfect for unwinding after a full day out. A queen air mattress is available to accommodate additional guests if needed.
Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy flat-screen Roku TVs in the living room and each bedroom, giving everyone their own space to stream favorite shows using personal logins.
The apartment is conveniently located near local restaurants, bars, shopping, downtown Kansas City, and major highways—making it easy to explore the area and get where you need to go.
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, pots and pans, a toaster, coffee maker, and a selection of spices for easy meals at home.
For added convenience, the unit includes an in-apartment washer and dryer combo with an 18 lb capacity. While more compact than full-size units, it’s well-suited for light to moderate laundry during your stay.

Neighborhood note: The home is located in a lived-in, working-class residential neighborhood. While it’s not a luxury area, it offers a comfortable, practical, and budget-friendly alternative to a traditional hotel experience.
A few minutes away from the vibrant 39th street shopping district.
5-minute drives to Westport, Plaza area, and landmarks like the Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC, and Kemper Museum.
10-minute rides to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land, Sea Life Aquarium, and Hy-Vee Arena.
Approximately 25-30 minutes from Worlds of Fun, Arrowhead, and Royals stadiums.
Getting Around:
The most efficient modes of transportation involve driving yourself or easily accessing rides through readily available Uber or Lyft services.

-No smoking inside, no parties or gathering beyond the maximum occupancy.
-Should the no-party policy be violated, you will be requested to vacate the premises and forfeit your rental payment. We reserve the right to impose a $500 fine for breaching these regulations.
-Before booking, local guests are kindly requested to message us. Hosting local guests without prior authorization or pre-approval is not within our policy and will not be accommodated. We reserve the right to decline or refuse a reservation if the appropriate pre-screening process is not completed.
