THE VINEYARD COTTAGE - Cozy & Contemporary - Sleeps 4

This chic, self-contained cottage offers a fresh, contemporary farmhouse aesthetic — a private hideaway ideal for guests seeking serenity and style. This cosy space contains a Living Room with a down couch and fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with premium amenities and in-unit washer/dryer. Central Heat & Air Conditioning and 180 Mbps high-speed Wi-Fi is also included along with a 65” Samsung QLED Smart TV with streaming and live TV channels.

THE STABLES EVENT SPACE

We’ve had the honor of hosting an array of truly unforgettable events and weddings at Zegarra Estate, many of which have unfolded within our exquisite 1,200-square-foot event space, The Stables. Designed with timeless sophistication, this cedarwood structure features vintage chandeliers and refined country accents that exude rustic luxury. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create an ambiance that feels both intimate and spectacular—an unparalleled setting where memories are made to last a lifetime. The Stables accommodates up to 80 guests for a seated celebration or elegant cocktail-style gathering, and provide the following items on-site:

* 65” Smart TV for montages/slideshows
* 10-foot handcrafted redwood dining table Bar area with refrigerator/freezer
* Screen and projector

* Standalone dedicated restroom near The Stables, plus 4 bathrooms within the estate homes

ROMAN STYLE SPRING WATER POOL
The pool can be heated to 85 degrees at an additional fee otherwise it normally runs at 55 degrees. It is definitely recommended if you want to use the pool day and night.

Guests have access to the entire 6 acres of property including Purrington Creek which runs through the rear of the property, hot tub, pool, detached game room, trampoline, bocce, and sheep fields making it perfect for seamless indoor/outdoor living.

For surfers and beach lovers, beaches are only a 20-minute drive to some of the most spectacular coastline and surfing beaches, as well as the best fishing spots, local seafood, and water sports. There is no end of things to do in our special part of the Russian River Valley and West Sonoma Wine Country.

Driving is recommended around the neighborhood and there is ample parking for up to 10 cars.
