Heintz vacation apartment - in the heart of Bad Königshofen - 112 sqm

Tradition Meets Modernity Since May 2020, we have been able to offer you this spacious (112 sqm) vacation rental in the historic “HEINTZ” building (established in 1884), located right in the heart of the market square. Following several renovation and modernization projects, it now shines in new splendor. On the sunny side of Bad Königshofen, you’ll find a spacious, rustic, and modern apartment that accommodates up to 9 people. It features a cozy kitchen with a dining area and a view of City Hall (carillon), as well as a huge rooftop terrace (30 m²) for relaxing and daydreaming. The vacation apartment has tile flooring throughout. Pets and smoking are not permitted. The vacation rental feels especially cozy thanks to state-of-the-art lighting technology (LED). Guests enjoy the charm of a small town, yet experience the quiet of the countryside at night, as well as our family-friendly, hiking, and cycling-friendly atmosphere. Additionally, an exclusive perk awaits you at our in-house Café Heintz. Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash on site. A prepayment of 50% of the total price will be charged 1 day before arrival. A visitor’s tax of 2.50 euros will be charged separately on site for guests staying 2 or more nights. This is best paid at the tourist office (Touristeninfo). However, you also have the option of paying it to us. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We can arrange individual check-in times at any time. Just let us know in advance. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Keys are handed over upon arrival at Café Heintz (check-in and check-out / payment by EC card accepted) or, outside of the café’s opening hours, via the key box. Pets are not allowed. Special service for babies: A crib is now part of our standard amenities and is provided free of charge for your baby, including bedding! The base rate includes the following: towels, bed linens, water, and electricity.
