Cozy vacation apartment (70sqm) with large garden

Welcome to our 70-square-meter, comfortably furnished vacation apartment. From the parking space, you can access the separate entrance to the guest apartment via a barrier-free path. You can make yourself comfortable in the spacious living room, which features a leather sofa set, a flat-screen TV, and an additional sleeper sofa. Next to the fully equipped kitchen—complete with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, and other small appliances—is the dining area, which offers a view of the large garden. Hand towels and shower towels are provided for you in the new shower room, which includes a sink and toilet. To ensure you feel completely at home with us, we’ve equipped the double bed in the bedroom with two mattresses of different firmness levels and have already made up the bed with linens. Several seating areas in the garden and around the house invite you to linger. Payment is due on-site in cash. A prepayment of the total price can be charged at any time after booking. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Different check-in and check-out times are possible upon prior consultation by phone. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A high chair is available free of charge upon request.
