We enjoyed our stay!! Communication was effortless and we got a quick response and answers to any of our questions. While this time we were not going to Silver Dollar City we loved the close proximity. We will definately consider staying here again

This was one of the best properties we've stayed in! Everything was clean and so many small amenities that we weren't expecting, like snacks, earplugs, and LOTS of working charging ports. Thank you!

Great place to stay, perfect size. Being in the middle unit you hear everything from the unit above, especially if there heavy walkers, but to be expected.

The unit was very clean and they provided coffee which was very nice. The door system was not working properly so we had difficulty get in the condo and then yesterday it stopped working completely. There was a cleaning gal who was in the unit next to us who showed us how to get the key to get into the condo. The couch and bed were super uncomfortable and the tv's did not psir with with our smart phones. Essentially useless. We would not stay there again until improvement are made!

Overall was amazing, the views, cleanliness and check in. I would suggest top floor if you turn in early as quiet time don’t start till 10pm till 8am, otherwise it was just great time! Super close to SDC and we loved the views and even had some deer right below us in mornings. Also there’s some good eats close by Ozark Pizza was super good! We definitely will be returning! The pool is nice but a little smaller and can get crowded but moonshine beach isn’t far and we enjoyed it as well! All and all would recommend if you are looking for great views, and being super close to SDC and a spacious clean and spacious condo

The simple space was exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean, very accessible, and the view was breath-taking. The management was very helpful responding to any of our questions very promptly. We also appreciate that they communicated with us via text message on the day of with codes and such. A text was much easier and more efficient than sending us linked messages through VRBO.

It seemed very clean and the welcome snack tray was a plus. It was nicely decorated, but not much sound absorption. You can here other guests movement pretty easy. I liked the firmness of the couch. The bed was adequate. The toilets sit a little low, but I'm a pretty tall guy. The back deck view was stunning!!!. It is parking lot entry with no stairs. It is very close to Silver Dillar City

Everything was as promised. It was clean, stocked and easy to access being on the main level. The view is beautiful and you can take it in by sitting on the back deck. Communication was excellent. Checkout was a breeze. I have used several VRBOs and this one had me do the fewest things to checkout (take out trash, load the dishwasher, which there isn’t one, and log out of any streaming services). So easy! As another reviewer noted you can hear your neighbors if they aren’t respectful of quiet hours, but that is true of many condo VRBOs. That’s not the fault of the owner. Would stay here again.

Awesome place, great views, large rooms and very clean and furnished. A couple of negative for us, and not all peeps have this problem. I am very sensitive to smells, the fabric detergent they use has strong perfumes that are in all the linens. Frebrez and gain or any cleaner like that leaves a strong smell. We had to wash the sheets and towels in order to use. No biggie for us, we are used to doing that... We had very nice warm pleasant days, the pool was locked so we couldn't sit by the pool??? Why show it in your advertisement when we cannot use? Otherwise, great place - we did enjoy our stay and would recommend to anyone.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. I appreciate you insights and did visit with you about it over text. We don't use strong perfumes, we actually use downy unstoppables in that condo. We do not promote it as a fragrance free condo. Maybe something to consider for the future but we currently do not. Anything less that a perfect 5 star stay is disappointing to us because we expect every guest to completely enjoy their stay. As for the pool, we are very clear in our listing that the pool doesn't open until memorial day. We show the pool because a large majority of people are booking for a future stay and it is likely to be durning the time the pool is open and they want to know if there is a pool. That is why I put in the listing the pool season dates, memorial day to labor day. I hope that makes sense. i am sorry you weren't completely satisfied with your stay, that really is our goal. My son and I just got back and had a wonderful stay at this condo! The views were breathtaking--we couldn't get over how beautiful it was and how far out we could see. I think the views from this condo were superior to those from several nearby properties, from looking at other listings.We could also see three of the coasters from Silver Dollar City to the far right of the building, looking across the balcony! This was really fun, as we're big coaster fans and could watch them go! We could also hear the park's train whistle, but only on the balcony (not inside, which was a good thing). The entire condo felt peaceful and lovely.We were very impressed with the cleanliness and how well-maintained the condo was. The host was friendly and quick to respond when I had a question between booking and checking in. The lower (kiddie) pool was under construction, which was noted in the listing and not a problem for us. We couldn't see the pool construction unless we peered down over the edge of the infinity pool, which otherwise provided stunning views looking out over the mountains.The kitchenette was surprisingly well-stocked. There is a small freezer section inside the mini-fridge with ice cube trays in it (there would not be room for a bag of ice, just FYI). We were able to fit a pint of ice cream upright, plus a few other things.One reviewer mentioned fragranced sheets. We didn't have a problem with it, and I'm sensitive to artificial fragrance. We'll definitely stay again!
