Du kan ikke komme meget tættere på vandet end dette! Skridt til sandet med fantastisk Siesta Beach udsigt fra alle værelser! Golfen synes at omringe dig fra denne smukke helt renoverede 4. etage 2BD 2BA enhed. Bare en kort tur ned i elevatoren fra 4. sal og du er på sandet!

Enheden har også udsigt til den opvarmede Beachfront Pool!

"Coastal chic" kan bruges til at beskrive denne helt renoverede Beachfront enhed. Opmærksomhed på detaljer er tydelig, når du går ind i enheden for at finde et åbent koncept Leve / spisestue / køkkenområde med udsigt over bugten rundt! Stuen åbner til en overdimensioneret 'L' formet privat balkon / gårdhave perfekt til at nyde solnedgange og fabelagtig Siesta Beach synspunkter.

Det store soveværelse har to queensize senge og åbner også til den private balkon. Gæstesoveværelset indeholder to fuld størrelse senge med et walk in closet. Begge bade er renoverede. Praktisk Bosch vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i enheden. To fladskærms-tv'er - et i opholdsstue, et i soveværelse.

Strand stole, parasol og strand legetøj forudsat i enhed. Højhastigheds Verizon internet og satellit-tv med over 200 kanaler, stereo og telefon forudsat. Nem adgang til Beachside BBQ grill område med dæk. Meget nem adgang til dedikeret parkeringsplads.

We had a great week. Weather was perfect. The accommodations were great and just as shown. Kim was great at communicating from beginning to end. Lounging by the pool overlooking the beach was our favorite place to be. Thanks for a great week!

Condo was fantastic and just as described, very clean and comfy for my husband and our two teenage girls. The location is perfect and the we loved the trolley and Frog Hopper. Beach and pool were great too. We have zero complaints and would highly recommend this condo!

There is still some storm recovery in the garden suites area from last year's hurricanes, but the towers and beach are back to normal. Staff was super responsive.

We had a wonderful 1 week stay at this condo in Siesta Key. The location is phenomenal, offering immediate private beach access and a short drive to the local downtown area, which always had available parking.The condo was sufficiently stocked with everything we needed from beach chairs down to kitchen necessities. It was very clean and just an overall amazing space for our family during our stay.We will 100% be repeat customers and have already begun planning our return.

Very nice!

The condo was clean, nicely decorated, spacious and very comfortable! It was steps from the beach and pool! The beach is absolutely beautiful! The pool was very nice! We would definitely stay here again! The beds are very comfortable and having two full bathrooms was so nice! We had a great week!

Beautiful sunset views

We had such a fabulous vacation at Jamaican Royale. This condo is spacious and very nicely decorated. The deck is enormous, and we enjoyed cocktails every night watching the beautiful sunsets. I highly recommend!!!

Wonderful relaxing ladies trip

Very beautiful beach. Lovely spacious unit. It's peaceful at Jamaica Royale, not a party atmosphere. Just know to bring all basics with you, salt and pepper, tp, coffee filters, ect.

Lovely condo and magnificent beach. Kim was great to reply with any questions. Great info in the condo for places to go in the area. Having a car is very helpful too. Largest beach we’ve ever seen and so clean and beautiful.

Clean and great location condo

Everything about this condo was fantastic. The location, the cleanliness, the beach view, the pool, and the condo itself. We loved all of it. You are steps away from a gorgeous beach. The condo is very clean. You are a quick drive from the Village of Siesta Key. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Place

The whole place was clean and comfortable. Nice room's, spacious kitchen, nicely stocked. Great porch for watching sunset's, neighbor's tree blocked the final setting but still beautiful. Only downside was small slow elevator and I had to call office twice ( 2 different cars) about someone taking my T42 parking spot but they called one and ticketed one. Overall was a great stay. Would come back again.

Unbelievable view!

We came down for Thanksgiving with the family and with the timing being so close to the hurricanes we weren’t certain what we would find. It ended up far exceeding our expectations not only is the condo beautiful with incredible views, but dealing with the owner and the office was easy and efficient, the condo is well stocked with anything you might need extensive patios for outdoor entertaining. We will definitely be back.

The property was in pristine condition!! The unit was spotless and had plenty of kitchen items (dishes, cups, pots & pans, silverware, towels, etc.). We loved the view and location to Siesta Key Village. I would highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself!

Beautiful as described

The owner Kim was very helpful throughout my many questions about the Siesta Key area. This condo is very comfortable. I am always concerned about the comfort of the beds but these were great. Just steps from the beach and Ohhh that cool sand and blue beautiful water. I would go back. The management of the property is also very helpful and attentive.

5 star condo!

This was one of the cleanest condos we've ever stayed in. Everything was in perfect working order - washer, dryer, microwave, oven. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for dishes, utensils and appliances. Living area was spacious with a very comfortable seating area and a large tv. Beds were quite comfortable with plenty of storage space in each bedroom. Our reserved parking space was very close by. It was a very short and easy walk out to the beach. We knew ahead of time that we needed to bring any and all pantry staples for cooking. Minimal paper products and soap were provided as listed in the description. Kim was a great host - she replied to my pretrip emails quickly and was very responsive and helpful with a Wifi issue upon our arrival. We would gladly stay here again.

The View!

The condo was clean, as were the property grounds. The pools were clean and warm. The location was perfect for beach access and the shuttle to/from the Village was convenient. Parking was also convenient. There did not appear to be any restaurants within walking distance. Grocery store is conveniently nearby just off the island. Beach chairs and toys were provided. Would have been nice if a beach umbrella was provided but due to the cooler weather we were fine without one. The pictures are accurate with respect to the beautiful view. We would come back!

MY NEW FAVORITE PLACE

The condo is big and spacious, very clean . The beach is fabulous and the sunsets are gorgeous. The property is very nice but they did not tell us construction was going on and the main pool by the beach was closed . The master bedroom had two queen beds , one was perfectly comfortable the other needs a new mattress. The view from the balcony is a side view , its still very nice but the full on front view is from the front door . The furniture on the balcony is very nice and there is plenty of seating . There is more than enough pillows and bedding . The washer and dryer are very nice. We had a wonderful time , I highly reccommend this property

I'm originally from Louisville, KY and now live in California. When I was young my family would frequently vacation in Siesta Key. I have wonderful memories of our time in the area so it was just natural to get a second home here! Now I enjoy this piece of paradise with my own family and friends, and enjoy sharing it with guests! Siesta Key calls me back time and again. There is nothing like it!

One of the world's most highly ranked beaches is literally right out the front door! Jamaica Royale is one of the closest condo complexes to the sand anywhere on Siesta Key. This unit has a view of world famous Siesta Key Beach from every room and is literally just steps to the sand. You also overlook the beachfront pool. Jamaica Royale is located on a private lane that leads directly to the beach. There is no through traffic making it very private. The unit is located in a beachfront building with only 20 units. I enjoy cooking and this condo has a large amount of counter space in the kitchen, as well as easy access to the beachfront grill and deck. I also appreciate the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit. The dedicated parking spot is directly beside the building and just steps to the elevator, making access to the unit very easy. The property is very well maintained and has lovely tropical grounds. Look for the dolphins swimming just off shore!

Siesta Key is an 8-mile long barrier island located just off the coast of Sarasota, FL. It boasts the title "world's whitest and finest sand" and is frequently voted #1 beach in the US, and one of the top 10 in the world. The sand is unique from any other beach on the planet! The silky sand remains consistently cool under foot, even on the hottest days. It's comprised of 99.9% pure quartz.... imagine walking on talcum powder or flour! Swimming is fabulous in the warm, calm, turquoise Gulf waters as well as in the heated beachfront pool you overlook from the unit. Some believe Siesta Key Beach is a sacred place and is thought to possess healing properties. Legends say the crystals of Atlantis are offshore and it's believed the area is in a Vortex. But whether or not you believe these legends it's undeniable that spending time here to take in the beauty of this spectacular beach will benefit anyone!
