The gazebo, picnic area and yards are shared by all suites. This is a shared property with two additional suites.

Parking is limited to registered guests only in the driveway and parking deck. Any additional vehicles may park along the wide shoulder on the street.

Please note that this property is part of a shared space. While your accommodations are private, certain outdoor amenities are open for use by other guests staying on the property.

While we do have exterior security cameras on the property, they are not used to monitor guest comings and goings in a detailed or intrusive way. Their primary purpose is for general property security and to ensure compliance with occupancy limits. There are three separate guest suites. To help maintain a safe and respectful environment for all guests and neighbors, we also use Party Squasher, NoiseAware, and smoking/vaping sensors, all of which are tools recommended by Vrbo.

Shared areas include, but are not limited to:
- The yard and surrounding grounds
- The gazebo
- Outdoor seating areas
- Firepit
- Cookout pavilion / grilling area
- Driveway and parking deck.
- Host access is limited to Suite A’s mudroom solely for entry to the host’s private office.

We ask all guests to be respectful and courteous of others when using these shared spaces. Availability of these areas may vary depending on occupancy and usage by other guests.

We kindly ask that there be no glitter bombs, paintballs, or anything similar that could be difficult to clean or cause damage.
