GUEST ACCESS
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the main grain silo home, loft, detached garage game room, and all outdoor amenities—hot tub, sauna, pickleball court, pergola, grill, fire pit, and open yard space.

Onsite parking includes 4 designated spaces, and boat trailer (ramp is 0.5 miles away).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

WATER
Our home is on a well with a professional filtration system that services the entire property. The water is safe to drink, but if you’re sensitive to taste, you may prefer to bring bottled water.

SEPTIC
Our home is on septic tank. To prevent plumbing issues, we request that guests only place toilet paper down the toilets.

WIFI
The home is equipped with high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi, providing reliable internet throughout the property. As with any satellite-based service, brief interruptions may occasionally occur during severe weather.
