This property was perfect for our group of 15. Most all bedrooms had a bathroom off them. Lots of space for people to relax and hang out. Backyard was wonderful so many activities.

House Was Better In Person! Great Calm Neighborhood! Perfect for Bachelor's Party!

We stayed here for my brother's bachelor party and had an excellent experience. The house had all of the listed amenities and was even better in person than the pictures. Great calm neighborhood as well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great at-home stay in the Savannah area.

All the amenities were as pictured. The home was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Management companies communication was excellent and extremely responsive. 10 out of 10 would rent again

The house was spotless and only a quick Uber ride to Savannah, which made getting around super easy. We loved all of the amenities! Honestly, you could stay in and enjoy the house the entire time!

House was perfect for adults and children of all ages! Great place for a large family!!! Only 10 minutes to the beach but certain times and days will have 20 minutes of traffic (as expected). Good food close and short drive. All-in-all a great stay and location.

Your property was absolutely beautiful, very spacious, my family and I really enjoyed the comfort of home. If you want privacy this the home. My family and I are looking forward booking again the future. Plenty of space to relax and have fun., all the rooms were fit for kings and queens.

Perfect Summer Kick Off for the Whole Family!

We live nearby. Our home is undergoing renovations and we had to leave for a few days. We wanted to be close to home. We found this house a week in advance. Our kids are 4 & 6, had just gotten out of school for the summer. This was the perfect place to kick off summer and take a much needed break from the construction we have been living in for several months. We were able to check-in a couple of hours sooner which was extremely helpful. It had everything we needed. We only used 2 bedrooms. We basically were paying for the amenities and it was worth it. We would definitely stay again-hopefully soon!

We had amazing stay with our family. Place was very clean and absolutely Beautiful. The team is very responsive and more than helpful. Could not have dreamed of anything better. Plenty to do for all ages with plenty of elbow room. It was very peaceful and serene. The have the kitchen full with every appliance and gadget imaginable. Coffee bar was an excellent touch. We made the most amazing memories of a lifetime with family members whom flew in from across the country. We will definitely book again and pass the word onto others!

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect Place for a Well deserve Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this uniquely designed home. The four 1st floor en-suites were perfect for our family. To enter, our older parents were able to use the stairs inside the garage that had handrails. It was very clean and beds extremely comfortable and low enough to get in and out comfortably. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The outside work was in progress (which was disclosed prior to booking but didn't bother us) and definitely will be a great place for groups to spend some quality time together once completed. No one will be bored at this home. It is located on flat quiet dead end street for some nice walks too. Grocery store and restaurants nearby and an easy drive to downtown Savannah. We highly recommend.

Top-Notch Experience! Incredible Home and Outstanding Service!

Our experience with Mighty Tree was top-notch! The Savannah property was above and beyond anything we could have imagined for our family of 16, which was celebrating a college graduation in Savannah. The pictures and floor plan were great, but walking into the home, you could not imagine how much better it was in person! It was beyond spacious, well-appointed, creatively and thoughtfully decorated, comfortable and full of entertainment. At one point, all of us were in the game room, some watching basketball, others playing air hockey, skee-ball, video games or just hanging out. We used every amenity on the property (with the exception of the dry sauna - it's summer, so, no thank you)! The management company checked on us throughout the stay, and when something came up that was out of their control, they had it fixed within a few hours...on the weekend no less. I would not hesitate to book with Mighty Tree Properties again in the future. It was obvious that they truly want their guests to have the best experience possible. Thank you for giving us such unforgettable memories!

Upon our arrival we were unable to get in due to the code that was given to us not working. I called and left a voicemail and I texted the host and a short while later they called and gave us a new code. The front yard has no grass and there were some weather beaten boxes leaning up against the garage. When we went inside the home it was as advertised with the number of rooms in the home. They were 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, a game room/theater, 2 laundry rooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and a room with a pool table. Outside everything was in the yard that was advertised. The yard is small so there isn’t much space between the games, pool, jacuzzi, and playground. The home is older and it just needs pressure washing and repairs to a lot of things we discovered broken throughout the house. The gas stove needs some repair, it made a clicking noise whenever the burners were in use. The home needs bug control because we saw roaches in several rooms. I shared all my concerns with the management team. The home is great in what it has to offer a large group or family but they have allowed it to fall into disarray over time. There was a leak under the sink as well as one when you used the spray nozzle in the kitchen. We basically were there for 2.5 days since we checked in at 4pm Wed and checked out at 9:30am Saturday morning. That was a lot of money for the home to have several items needing repairs or cleaning. Pictures were provided to the management team as well.

Great location with Great Amenities!

Great location halfway between Tybee Island and Downtown Savannah. Our group of 6 adults and 3 kids had plenty of extra room, very spacious with a great bunk room for the kids. Pool and game room were great for the kids and we ended up staying at the house more than we thought because there was so much to do.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have been happier with this beautiful home! The space was spotless and the amenities were top notch. We especially loved the coffee bar. The kitchen was also well stocked with all the plates, utensils, and cookware we needed. We'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay. We hope to be back!
