NEARBY BEACH ACCESS



1. Gulf Lakes Access is on Scenic 30A about 1/4 mile east of Camp Creek Lake and about 100 yards east of Pelican Circle. Halfway down the boardwalk there is a bike rack and shower but no car parking. The dune walkover sits on a high bluff overlooking the gulf.



2. Seacrest Drive Access is on Scenic 30A at the intersection of Seacrest Drive. A short boardwalk leads to a dune walkover high atop a bluff overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.



HOUSE RULES

*Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM

*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.

*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck.

*No parties or events.

*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.

*Capacity for 2 vehicles in parking lot.

*Home must remain pet free.



IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver s license and 2) a selfie.
