'Lazy Magnolia' sover otte personer. Master soveværelse: behagelig fast king-size seng med privat bad og jacuzzi-badekar og 46 "Samsung TV. Gæstesoveværelse: topmadrasser i queensize-seng med privat bad og nyt fladskærms-tv. Køjerum: Fire senge med vægmonteret tv.

Jenn-Air / Bosch apparater og bordplader af granit hilser dig i køkkenet. Det er udstyret med det væsentlige, du har brug for for at komme i gang. En vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i fuld størrelse leveres også til dig.

Gå til Rosemary Beach eller butikkerne i Seaside om eftermiddagen. Eller cykle til en lokal park for at se nærmere på naturen. Medbring dine golfklubber til verdenskendt golf på baner i området. Og glem ikke shopping på 30-A såvel som de berømte afsætningscentre i Destin!

We had an amazing stay at Lazy Magnolia Cottage in Seaside, FL! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach and within easy reach of all the charming shops and restaurants in Seaside. The cottage itself was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home.The hosts were incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, from fresh towels to beach gear. One of the best perks was the bikes included—such a great way to explore the area at your own pace!If you're looking for a relaxing, well-located spot with everything you could want for a beach vacation, Lazy Magnolia Cottage is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

I have been staying at numerous properties on the 30 A gulf for over 30 years and lazy magnolia exceeds any expectations I have had over the years. It deserves the 10/10 rating it has. Perfect location, perfect accommodations and highly responsive owners. We will stay book and stay again. Outstanding in every way.

It was a perfect option for our family. The location was ideal and easy to get to the beach and pool. There was nature around the neighborhood not just buildings so it felr more private and secluded but still close and convenient to everything.

Beautiful place to stay- great location. 5 minute to the beach and right across from the pool. Very clean.The only issue was the internet/ tv kept going in and out but that was our only complaint. We will definitely be back!!

Cute cottage

Charming beach cottage! Cozy, clean, and just steps from the sand. Loved the peaceful mornings on the porch and quick access to great local spots. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Great communication, would definitely stay at again.

Beautiful property! Wonderful location! Great hosts!

What a wonderful home perfectly located a block from the beach and across the street from the swimming pool. Hosts were so kind to accommodate with our early arrival and then we never needed a thing. Easiest sweetest vacation. The cottage is perfectly equipped with anything you can possibly need. Great family room and screen porch. We will definitely stay here again!

Relaxing

This was perfect for our family vacation. The walk to the beach is just minutes away. Lots of restaurants close. Loved riding the bikes. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The owner checked in on us day 1 to make sure we had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Stay on 30A

Really can’t say enough good things about this property and owner. It’s well stocked with high quality amenities (including Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas) and the overall furnishings are nice. Owner and management company was very responsive as well. Would hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect spot on 30A

This place was lovely. It’s just tucked away enough to feel peaceful and grounded, amid all the busyness of 30a. The pool has the same woodsy, quiet feel and is just two houses away. It wasn’t a busy pool either most of the time. The walk to the beach is about 3 blocks to 30a, and then a short distance down the side of the hill. The bathrooms were beautiful and updated. The beds were very comfortable, and the porch added a lot of extra living space when we wanted a bit of space from other people in our group who might be playing a game or watching a movie. Also, for anyone with kids, Raw and Juicy in Alys beach was close and gave us a perfect spot to eat and let the kids play at the adjoining park. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Perfect Stay

We had a great stay at Lazy Magnolia. This is our 4th year staying in this neighborhood and this is by far our favorite house so far. We already booked again for next year. House is updated, clean, and just like the pictures. All kitchen utensils were available. Bikes and beach gear in the shed were an awesome addition. Perfect stay for my family of 5. Dan was a great host and provided great communication. Cant wait to stay here again.

Great Family Spring Break

This was perfect for our family-close to the beach and the community pool was a hit with the kids. Great location for families with young children, the neighborhood seemed very family oriented and safe. It was great to have beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon to use for beach days. We also enjoyed the bicycles and there are great bike trails close by.

Loved the property. So close to the beach. Dan was a great and responsive host. Had a couple of questions when we arrived and he was super timely with responses. House is clean and modern. We will be back!

Loved having coffee on back porch! Owner communicated well with our concerns.

It was great other than the construction next door. There was full crew making lots of noise early in the am. We would definitely stay in the cottage again; it was well stocked with items we needed and a good location. Please note that once you get on the private access beach you are required to walk further down because it has been purchased by those who live directly on the beach. Not a deal breaker but just more walking if that is a problem.

Loved the Lazy Magnolia

My family of four loved this house! It was a short walk to the beach, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the provided bikes to ride to nearby shopping areas. The location to restaurants and a grocery store was wonderful! Dan was an excellent communicator and host. We would definitely stay at Lazy Magnolia again!!

Absolutely amazing stay at Lazy Magnolia! The property and entire neighborhood were so nice. The home was very convenient to the beach walkover, which was great having little kids with us. The inside of the home was immaculately clean and cozy. The bathrooms were SO nice and the beds were very comfortable. It was well equipped with everything we could’ve needed for our stay from beach toys, to beach wagons, to kitchen equipment, to band aids. When we weren’t on the beach, we were hanging out on the screened in porch, which had beautiful views of the wooded neighborhood and was surprisingly quiet. We had a slight issue with the AC, but Dan had someone out to fix it within an hour and had no other issues the remainder of our trip. Rosemary and Alys Beaches were both within a bike ride as well, which was great! I could go on and on and on about this house and its location and our host. We can’t wait to visit again soon!

Great stay!!

Great peaceful little neighborhood. Loved the screened in porch. Kids loved the pool and it was close to the house. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad. There is a place that sells ice on your path to the beach which was great to fill the cooler.

The Perfect Cozy Getaway!

This home was just what the doctor ordered. A Pottery Barn inspired decor, sparkling clean, well appointed residence! It has every convenience you could ask for including 2 coffee makers, a blender, washer/dryer, TV's in every room, etc. Easy walk to the beach or pool. A wonderful large screened in porch. Comfy indoor furniture and a large dining table for dining, puzzles and/or game night. Loved that it's all one level as well. Easy parking for 2 cars that lead right up to the entrance. While I didn't make use of the bicycles or beach chairs, I appreciated that they were there. Also, the Owner was a wonderful resource for everything and answered any question I had immediately. He even made out a list of favorite restaurants and what cuisine they served and where they were located. Great location on 30A as well, with good access to Publix, dining and shopping. 10 out of 10!!

My wife and I live in Franklin, TN. We have 7 children between us, ranging from 25 to 37 yrs old. We are passionate about running, cycling and playing tennis. We try to spend as much time as we can in PCB and the 30A area.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

We had a lovely condo in the Panama City Beach area, but found ourselves spending the majority of our time in the 30A area running and taking bike rides along the miles of paths running from Rosemary Beach to Destin. We eventually decided this is the area we needed to be in and started looking for the perfect beach house. After over two years of looking, we finally found this great little cottage in the Seacrest area. We love this cottage because it is in a perfect location, between Rosemary Beach and Seaside. It's in a great little beach neighborhood right off 30A and only 3 minutes to the beach, steps from the pool, and right on the bike path. It represents everything we were looking for in the perfect beach vacation!

Family friendly home with an open floor-plan. Large screened-in porch is a wonderful bonus! The cottage is close to pool and only steps to the beach!
