ADDITIONAL RULES

Upon check-in, you will be provided with towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper for your convenience. Our housekeeping team will replenish the shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper at no additional cost while their scheduled cleaning takes place. Linens and towels will be changed every seventh day at no extra charge.

Housekeeping hours may vary and are scheduled one day in advance, offering limited flexibility. We will inform you of the scheduled time one day prior to ensure you are prepared.

Please inform us via the Airbnb app if you intend to host guests, providing their full names for our records. Note that only 4 people are permitted to stay overnight in the apartment.

Minimum age is 18

No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 22:00 pm.

Smoking of any substance inside the unit is strictly prohibited. If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 fee will be charged.

Check-in is at or after 4:00 pm, and check-out is no later than 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a fee of $100 per hour for each hour past 11:00 am.

Please note that Tulum is still developing, which means you might experience occasional power outages beyond our control. Due to its lush jungle surroundings, encountering the odd bug is also a possibility. However, we assure you that any issues with provided services like internet, water, or power will be swiftly addressed to the relevant authorities for resolution.

Reglamento areas comunes

Mantenimiento de Áreas Comunes

Para promover un ambiente limpio, ordenado y seguro en las áreas comunes del condominio, se establecen las siguientes normas de uso y mantenimiento:

Limpieza y Orden: Los residentes deben limpiar cualquier área común que ensucien. Esto incluye, pero no se limita a, derrames, residuos de alimentos y cualquier otro tipo de desorden.

Mobiliario de Áreas Comunes: Cualquier mueble o equipo utilizado en las áreas comunes debe ser regresado a su lugar original después de su uso.

Uso de Baños Comunes: En caso de ocasionar un atasco en algún baño de las áreas comunes, se debe reportar inmediatamente a la administración para su pronta solución.

Uso de la alberca : Es obligatorio ducharse antes de entrar a la alberca. No se permite el ingreso a la misma con lodo, arena o cualquier otra sustancia que pueda ensuciar el agua.

No se permiten bebidas y alimentos dentro de la alberca.

No se permite vidrio en las áreas comunes.

No se permite fumar dentro de las albercas.

No se permite tirar cenizas en el piso o tirar las colillas de los cigarros en macetas o piso.

Notificación para Uso de Áreas Específicas: Para utilizar los asadores de las áreas comunes, se debe notificar a la administración del condominio entre las 8:00 a.m. y las 4:00 p.m. del mismo día.

Limpieza después del uso : En caso de utilizar instalaciones como asadores o similares, se debe limpiar cualquier residuo como cenizas y asegurarse de que el área quede en el estado en que se encontró.

Prohibido arrojar colillas de cigarrillos, cenizas o cualquier otro residuo relacionado con productos de tabaco en el suelo de las áreas comunes del condominio. Esta prohibición incluye, pero no se limita a, jardines, pasillos, piscinas, gimnasio, y cualquier otro espacio compartido.

Solo se permite estacionar las bicicletas en el área designada para bicicletas o dentro de su departamento.

Disposición de Basura: La basura debe depositarse en los contenedores designados. Está permitido dejar bolsas de basura cerradas y sin hoyos fuera de las puertas principales del departamento únicamente entre las 10:00 p.m. y las 10:00 a.m. Si llegan a ensuciar la área común deberán encargarse de la limpieza. En caso de cajas aplanarlas.



Se prohíbe el ruido después de las 22:00 pm reportar cualquier incidente al guardia.


Responsabilidad por Mascotas en Áreas Comunes

Con el fin de garantizar un ambiente limpio y seguro en las áreas comunes del condominio, se establecen las siguientes normas para los propietarios de mascotas:

Control de Mascotas en Áreas Comunes: Los propietarios de mascotas deben mantenerlas amarradas en todo momento cuando se encuentren en áreas comunes del condominio, independientemente del tamaño o temperamento del animal. Esto es para asegurar la seguridad de todos los residentes y otras mascotas.

Limpieza de Desperdicios de Mascotas: Es responsabilidad del propietario de la mascota limpiar inmediatamente cualquier desecho (heces o orina) que su mascota deje en las áreas comunes. Debe utilizarse el equipo adecuado para la limpieza y los desechos deben desecharse de manera higiénica y respetuosa con el medio ambiente.


Responsabilidad por Daños o Lesiones: El propietario de la mascota será responsable de cualquier daño o lesión causada por su mascota a personas, otras mascotas o propiedades del condominio.


Lavandería y Manejo de Ropa:


Para asegurar el buen funcionamiento y la higiene de las instalaciones de lavandería del condominio, se establecen las siguientes normas:

Mantenimiento de la Limpieza: Es responsabilidad de todos los usuarios mantener el cuarto de lavadoras limpio y ordenado. Esto incluye retirar el detergente derramado, limpiar el filtro de pelusas después de cada uso, y asegurarse de que el área alrededor de las máquinas esté libre de suciedad y residuos.

Prohibición de Lavar Artículos de Mascotas: Queda estrictamente prohibido el uso de las lavadoras para lavar accesorios, ropa o cualquier otra prenda que haya sido usada por mascotas. Esto se debe a consideraciones de higiene y alergias potenciales para otros residentes.

Limitación en el Uso de las Lavadoras: Para garantizar que todos los residentes tengan acceso justo a las instalaciones de lavandería, se permite un máximo de 1 ciclo de lavado por día por unidad residencial. Esto incluye tanto el uso de la lavadora como de la secadora.
