Escape to "Volume by the Sea!" Located in the heart of Lower Grand Lagoon, this stunning, fully renovated 4-bedroom coastal retreat perfectly blends modern luxury with a relaxed beach vibe. Whether you're lounging by your private, heated pool, hosting a BBQ by the fire pit, enjoying your very own putt-putt in the back yard, or taking the included 6-seater golf cart to the nearby white sandy beach just a couple blocks away, this is where your vacation memories begin.

Our home is designed for comfort and connection. With an open-concept layout and soaring ceilings, there is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out.

The living room features comfy seating, a smart TV and a gas fireplace for those rare chilly Florida nights.

A bright, modern kitchen is equipped with an electric range and all the essentials needed to whip up meals and snacks.

We have four bedrooms: a master with king, second bedroom with a king, third bedroom with two twin beds, plus a second-floor loft space with a queen bed. Three full bathrooms are available along with free WIFI and a full sized washer/dryer.

Step through the sliding doors into your own private tropical paradise. The backyard is fully fenced for your privacy and features a private, heated pool, a covered patio and gazebo, a fire pit, gas grill, and outdoor shower, plus a putt-putt green. We also have games to enjoy, and have beach towels, a beach wagon, beach chairs and a Shibumi beach tent for your use.

Our gated driveway allows for two vehicles.

Volume By The Sea is located in a quiet, convenient area of Panama City Beach, Florida, just minutes from the white-sand beaches and emerald waters the area is known for. The neighborhood offers a relaxed coastal feel while keeping you close to everything PCB has to offer.

With a street-legal golf cart included, getting around is easy—ride to the beach, nearby restaurants, shops, and local attractions without dealing with traffic or parking. You’re close to popular spots along Thomas Drive and Front Beach Road, making it simple to explore the area while still enjoying a peaceful place to unwind.

Whether you’re heading out for a beach day, grabbing dinner nearby, or cruising around at sunset, the location makes it easy to enjoy Panama City Beach at your own pace.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $500 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Golf cart usage requires names and licenses to be provided by all drivers along with proof of insurance.

Excellent place for summer

Our stay at the Volume By The Sea was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was relaxing and exactly what we needed. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully set up, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best parts was the location just steps away from the beach. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking and made every evening special.

Throughly enjoyed the stay at the beach. Plenty of space and amenities! Awesome putting green, pool and cornhole options! Cooler evenings allowed for use of fire pit! Just a short walk to the beach with chairs and beach towels included. Golf cart allowed quick trips to local eateries! Will definitely be back! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at your beautiful beach house! The location is great and just a short walk to dining and the beach. Enjoyed the backyard with the pool and fire pit ready for chilly evenings! The house is fully stocked with everything needed to make your vacation a breeze! Great place in the perfect location w/ close access to the beach!

My family and I had an amazing weeklong stay at this house. It truly had everything you could think of that you may want or need , so luckily, we didn't have to purchase things for the beach. All items had been well taken care of and were in good shape. Plenty of room throughout the house to spread out with modern decor and comfortable furniture. Several games to choose from inside the home for those rainy days or nights and outside games including cornhole or putt-putt. We enjoyed the fire pit to cook s'mores on a chillier night. The pool was also a nice touch with a flowing fountain for aesthetics on those red flag days at the beach or just for an enjoyable cool night to take a dip in the warmer waters. The neighborhood felt safe and golf cart was included in the rental, which was our favorite to get around town and explore. Access to the beach was close by and more private/less busy than other rentals closer to the main strip in PCB, so it was much more enjoyable. Jason and Holly were very attentive and responded quickly to any of our needs and just to check-in with us. I would highly recommend this rental!
