An easy ocean-oasis location on Topsail Island in Surf City, NC. This three-level townhome offers a deck on every level with incredible ocean views from two bedrooms, the living area, and the upper primary suite.
Enjoy a newly built townhome featuring an outdoor shower, a storage area with beach chairs, and a gas grill. Conveniently located near central Surf City with an array of restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Please be sure to view our online guide for local recommendations.
The space
Welcome to The Salty Lens, your oceanfront-inspired retreat on Topsail Island. Situated just steps from the beach, this beautifully designed townhome offers private beach access and private beach parking.
The open-concept living and dining area is perfect for gathering and making memories. The fully stocked kitchen includes new stainless-steel appliances, cookware, and dishes. The dining table comfortably seats 6–8, with additional seating for 5–6 at the kitchen island and countertops.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (Primary, top floor): King bed + twin daybed, workstation for remote work, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 (Second floor): King bed with seating on the second-floor deck.
Bedroom 3 (Second floor): Two queen beds.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom.
All bedrooms include TVs with Rokus and ample storage.
Amenities include:
3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths
Maximum occupancy: 10
High-speed Wi-Fi
4 TVs (1 Smart TV + 3 Rokus)
Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, fridge/freezer
Keurig coffee maker

I’m a wildlife and nature photographer who loves quiet mornings, salty air, and watching light move across the landscape. Hosting at The Salty Lens feels like a natural extension of that — I love sharing a beautiful place where people can slow down, reconnect with nature, and make meaningful memories by the sea.

The color of the ocean here is truly remarkable — especially in the morning and late afternoon when the light makes it glow. I love that the neighborhood is quiet and laid-back, yet just minutes from great restaurants, coffee shops, and local markets. It’s the perfect blend of serenity and convenience.
