I absolutely loved staying on the first floor! The condo was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The kids loved the lazy river and water park and having beach service was definitely a plus!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this condo in Panama City Beach! Check-in was smooth and easy, and Greg was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive, accommodating, and quick to address anything that came up during our stay.The ocean views are absolutely fabulous! Being on the first floor was also a huge plus for us. Taking the stairs was quick and painless, and we didn’t have to worry about waiting on elevators, especially when coming and going with the kids.We did encounter a few of the usual Florida bugs during our stay, but Greg was quick to respond and make sure the issue was taken care of, which we really appreciated. The checkout process was also super easy and straightforward.Our only minor complaint was the large bucket that dumps at the splash pad. It can be pretty loud and a little annoying when it dumps, but that’s certainly not something that would keep us from staying here again. It was nice to hear the waves in the morning and at night while it was off. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and really enjoyed our stay. The location, incredible ocean views, easy access, and wonderful host made for a great experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Eric and family were only our 2nd guests since we took over management of our property. They were awesome guests and we'd love to have them return. They asked to extend their stay by a day, and were very patient and understanding with me as I learned the process of doing so.

Grandkids loved the beach and wonderful swimming pools. Greg did a great job he was very helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back next year.

Brandon and his family were our first guests after we decided to self-manage our property rentals. There was a minor maintenance issue with the dehumidifier shortly after he checked in (and shortly after I left there...bad timing), but he was understanding and very cooperative as the issue was addressed. We look forward to their return.

The place was awesome! Very spacious and amazing view on the corner of the building. Being on level 1 was great as we were able to just walk down the stairwell and avoid the long elevator waits. There was a minor hiccup but the host was great and exceeded expectations in making things right. Amazing amazing and would definitely go back!

Beautiful views of gorgeous blue/green water. The condo was adequately furnished and made housing our family of 7 for a week a breeze! I love that it was on the "1st floor" - which is actually above the ground floor and lobby - and we used the stairs quite a bit to avoid waiting for the elevator.

We loved our stay! Condo was exactly as pictured, clean and cute! The first floor was a blessing (elevators take forever). Check in and check out was a breeze. Definitely recommend!

The condo could use improvement with cleaning, floors had sand on them when we arrived, and the pullout bed sheets hadn’t been cleaned, (the owner stated if the guest doesn’t leave bed out, cleaners don’t know to clean) which makes sense, clean sheets were provided and I fixed the problem by sweeping and changing sheets. It is a family orientated facility so if you don’t want loud kids screaming in the pool below the balcony this may not be the place for you. Plus the beach if very crowded, it’s a huge complex. Being on the first floor is helpful with the slow elevators, However if you are on the ground level it’s actually four levels of stairs to climb. The kitchen is very well equipped, however id suggest kid friendly cups, we bought some for our stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful, he helped with any needs that arose. He was friendly and contacted me before arriving to just touch base. I thought that was great, since you never know if things are a scam? Overall, for my family it was an excellent vacation. With just a few hiccups that were easily manageable.

We encourage the type of feedback that helps us to improve future guest's stays, such as the notification about the foldout. There are checkout instructions posted that indicate when the foldout is used to leave it out so that housekeeping can see to clean and change the bedding. Having learned on this guest's arrival that the sectional was not left out and therefore not serviced, we now include the "leave out" request in our pre-departure email. Sand at a beach resort is always a challenge, and this is our first notification on sand inside on arrival. When we are there (2 adults) we sweep nearly every day despite our best efforts to keep sand out. In March of 2026 we added bedside runner rugs to help keep any sand out of bed. Noise and crowded beaches in June are now a detriment to positive reviews. This reminds me of the famous Yogi Berra line about a local restaurant..."Nobody ever goes there...it's always too crowded."

Nice stay

It was a nice place, looked like the pictures, location is great. I was expecting to be able to have all the guests sleep comfortably but the pull out couch bed springs were busted so air mattresses had to be used.

Wonderful Stay

Everything was great! Check in was easy. This is our fourth stay and was the first time in this condo and it was just perfect for our family of 9. There was no issues and we loved that it was on the 1st floor. Still had amazing views and the perk of using stairs when the elevators were busy.

We had a great vacation. We had 2 couples & enjoyed the 2 master bedrooms with king size bed & bath. When we did have a problem with the hair dryer & batteries they fixed everything the same day.

Splash Resort

This room is located on the first floor and you have ease of access to the beach and the splash park. This room also come with two chairs and an umbrella setup on the beach for you everyday of your stay. The room and resort are very clean. We will definitely be back again for our next vacation. We took a trip with two families. We had kids 8 and under. The property was clean. The location is perfect. Didn’t know that some of the amenities were closed due to season.

Lori and Greg have been blessed with being in the 11th year of enjoying Splash 107W as owners. Although we've had a 3rd party Property Management company handle operations up until now, we've taken a very "hands-on" TLC approach to our beach home throughout that time. Now we're able to communicate with you directly, and in the process save you money in booking fees, etc.

It's easy to get lost in the shuffle when management companies sometimes manage over 1000 rental units. This is our only rental unit. We want you to have the greatest possible vacation and will be personally accountable to you in that endeavor.

We're on the west end of town. This has much less traffic, noise, and commotion than further east. It is still only a couple miles from Pier Park, which has over a hundred restaurants, stores, movie theatre and other amusements. Every year there is something new to experience.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The *07 floor plan is the roomiest 2 bed, 2 bath in Splash resort, and perhaps all of PCB. The decorating is customized and comfortable. We've invited friends from other units join us for card games, etc. and we had plenty of space for everyone. The importance of being on the first floor cannot be overstated, especially in the busy season where elevator waits can be laborious. We love listening to rhythm of the waves, which is also much easier on the first floor.
