Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo at Splash Resort. It was very nice and just what we needed for a week away.

Great Place to Vacation

Great room, pools and wading pool for kids are awesome. Food at pool and in hotel was great! We f you have kids this is the place to stay. It was booked but seem to always have room in the pool and access to amenities.

Great vacation

We stayed in 401west had a great time, our granddaughters loved the kids play area, Jen was wonderful to speak with, we had a few issues with the TV, but other than that had a great Vacation and will definitely come back again..loved it..

PC Beach Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Splash 401W. Our grandkids loved the water slides and splash pads. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Memorial Day

Great stay

This condo is an excellent choice for family and young children. The splash pad was nice and clean. The room was also very nice with all the cookware you need to prepare your own meals. I highly recommend this condo.

One of the best family vacation in years!

We really enjoyed the stay. The property was very relaxing and the beach chairs that were included was a very nice plus! The kiddos loved the splash pad they played their hearts out. The rooms were spacious and the view was fantastic! We will definitely look at renting this property again…. Thank you Jen for the great vacation place !!!!

Perfect views! Beautiful condominium! Could not ask for more for being our first time in Panama City! Our host was the best with helping us find our way around!

Family vacation

We had a great time. Really was thankful for the bedroom with the kitchenette. It was perfect for the couple with the newborn. It was completely quiet for baby and convenient for late night feedings.

The property was very clean, spacious and comfortable. My wife, children and my grandson all stayed comfortable in the property. We loved all the amenities and it was well stocked with bedding. We are definitely looking forward to another stay in the future.

Great for the kids!

We had 5 adults & 5 kids & loved this condo. Plenty of room & all 3 balconies had an ocean view. Kids loved it as there was a variety of pools for them to choose from when they weren’t swimming in the ocean. Property owner was super nice and very helpful. Would highly recommend!

Rooms 106E and 401W

We love Splash. We have stayed several times and plan on staying again. The only things we wish were better is the elevators and a ramp instead of steps to the beach. The lady at the check in is also so friendly and Micheal at the chair rental is the best.

AWESOME

The condo was great, very spacious, well stocked plenty of room for everyone and the best amazing views of the beach!!! And the Host Jen was absolutely wonderful…she’s great!!! We will definitely stay here again in the future!!! As my husband is in a wheelchair and we have to use a lift and he’s wheelchair bound at all times except for me putting him in the bed, that tells a lot bc everything was accessible for us in the room and spacious to get him around and in the bed etc!!! GREAT PLACE!!!

Spent the first day going to the store to buy sheets, cleaner, pillow covers, a bed cover…had to sweep and wash all the comforters etc myself. Pee stain on one bed. Towels smelled like cigarettes (which is ironic since it’s no smoking) and so I had to wash those before everyone would use them. Food and candy under beds. Master sink is clogged … you can see when they can’t reach high enough to actually clean the windows… spend time cleaning where the sliding door opens bc it was so hard to move. Front desk receptionist for check in was rude. Elevators… 20 minute waits and not just on check in and checkout. Everyone complains about them… it never gets better. Stairwells are dirty… but you will use them. Closets are unusable. People leave their open cheez it boxes and large boxes that are empty bc they don’t know where to put them since you can’t put them in garage shoots. Pillows are yellowed and thrown on the floors in closets with sand toys on top of them. Honestly… I left it cleaner than I got it.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. When you contacted me on your arrival day regarding the condition of the condo, I immediately offered to have the housekeeping team return to address every concern. When you declined that offer, I also offered to reimburse you for any cleaning supplies or other items you chose to purchase to make the condo more comfortable. After extending those offers, I did not hear back from you again during your stay, so I was disappointed that we weren’t given the opportunity to make things right while you were there. Regarding the elevator wait times, July 4th week is one of the busiest weeks of the year in Panama City Beach, and Splash is typically at full occupancy. During peak holiday periods, elevator waits can unfortunately be longer throughout the resort. One advantage of staying in our fourth-floor unit is that many guests choose to use the stairs when the elevators are busy. We appreciate your comments and have shared them with our housekeeping company so they can be addressed. We strive to provide every guest with a five-star experience and always encourage guests to contact us immediately if anything needs attention so we have the opportunity to correct it during their stay.

Family Vacation

If you are looking for the perfect place to go with kids this is it! The condo was just as advertised! Spacious with plenty of dishes, pans, towels etc. perfect location on the beach. Pools both shaded and full sun. Property manager very responsive and check in check out Wasa breeze. If there was any complaint, the property could use more elevators but this is the 4th floor so stairs weren’t a bad option! If we travel with family to PCB in the future would definitely stay here again!

Fall Vacation

One teip to always remember. Everyone had a wonderful time. The unit was fantastic. Plenty of room for all 7 of us. Our host was excellent. I can’t say anything negative about our condo for the fact she asked if anything needed her attention to let her know the first day so it could be resolved beach service and pools were great. And yes there are only 2 elevators. But we used the stairs a couple of times, thanks for the condo being on 4th floor.
