The spacious vacation apartment is located on the first floor and is partially accessible for guests with disabilities. The large entryway, with plenty of storage space, leads directly into the open-concept living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped. A box-spring bed, flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove, and a cozy sitting area invite you to unwind in the evenings. The large, spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower/rain shower and a bathtub, leaving nothing to be desired. Additionally, all bathrooms are equipped with a bidet. Adjacent to the covered terrace is the wildflower meadow with its natural garden.
The well-maintained mountain lake “Luegsteinsee,” located near our house, invites you to relax and cool off in the summer. Even in winter, many renowned ski resorts and the cross-country ski trail at Dörfl are within easy reach of our location. All year round, you can explore the stunning mountain scenery, beautiful hiking trails, and peaks. Thanks to excellent transportation connections, the town centers of Oberaudorf and Kiefersfelden are just a few minutes away. The nearest major city, Kufstein, with its many shopping opportunities, also offers fantastic cultural entertainment.
