The vacation rental is located on the upper floor of a single-family home, right on the Kieferbach stream. It measures approximately 65 m² and features a balcony with a view of the Kaiser Mountains. Thanks to its central location, you’re just a few minutes from the village center, yet you’ll enjoy a very quiet stay on a street with hardly any traffic. One pet is allowed; please inquire. Bicycles can be stored in the garage. Thanks to its location along the Kieferbach stream, a walk right from your front door takes you into beautiful natural surroundings at any time—in about 25 minutes on foot you’ll reach the stunning Hechtsee, or a bit longer to the Gießenbachklamm gorge. Perhaps with a stop at the Schopperalm? A cozy inn, “der Schaupenwirt,” is just a few minutes’ walk away. For longer stays or larger groups, please inquire!
The apartment’s entrance leads directly into the fully equipped kitchen (ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, electric kettle, large refrigerator with freezer compartment), which features a small dining area where you can relax. All rooms are accessible via the hallway. The bedroom features a very spacious closet and a solid-wood bed that’s 140 cm wide! There, you’ll sleep on a natural bed system consisting of wooden slats and a natural latex mattress from RELAX. The spacious living room with exposed rafters is at the far end of the apartment; from the balcony, our guests enjoy a beautiful view of the Zahmer Kaiser. The living room features a large flat-screen TV, and the couch converts into a bed (140 x 200 cm) and can be used as an additional sleeping option.
