Beautiful, bright vacation rental (entire top floor with 95 square meters of floor space and 65 square meters of living space). Amenities: Two bedrooms (1st with a double bed / 2nd with two single beds), large living room with open kitchen and dining table, fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker...), Wi-Fi, TV, cozy sitting area, lockable bike storage room. Bad Königshofen is nestled in the beautiful Grabfeld region. Whether you’re looking for a comfortable place to stay while passing through, want to relax on a hiking or wellness vacation, or are traveling for business, you’ll find the right accommodations here. Our vacation rental is located in a quiet residential area. The Frankentherme, with its spa facilities, and the municipal library are about a 10-minute walk away, and the historic market square can be reached in about 8 minutes. Several grocery stores are only about a 6-minute walk away. Parking is available directly in front of the apartment. On the southeast side of the property, there is a garden area with a private, secluded seating area, a lawn for sunbathing (lounge chairs available upon request), and a parasol. Everything here is stress-free. We look forward to your visit. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is by 10:30 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of 2.50 for adults, 2.10 for children ages 6–15, and free for children ages 0–5 per night will be charged separately on site. Payment is due in cash on site.
