Location
Just 5 minutes from the beach access near the Südwäldchen, only 10 minutes from the pedestrian zone, and 15 minutes from the train station: This cozy and stylish vacation apartment is perfectly located in a very quiet part of Westerland. You can leave your car behind and reach everything comfortably on foot.

The Amenities
The approximately 90-square-meter vacation apartment spans two floors (first floor and basement) in a building with only two residential units. The spacious, open-concept living area with the kitchenette offers all the amenities you need for your vacation: a cozy dining area, a kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, oven, and all kitchen utensils; a living room with a sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV; and a large window opening onto a sheltered terrace with comfortable patio furniture.

Both bedrooms are each equipped with a box-spring bed (180 x 200). An initial supply of bed linens and towels is required for this accommodation and is already included in the final price.
Additional linen packages can be booked as optional extras.
The two modern shower rooms provide plenty of space, whether you’re traveling as a group of four or even six.

One bedroom and one shower room are located on the first floor, and another bedroom and shower room are in the basement (accessible via a staircase).

Special Features
We warmly welcome pets in our non-smoking apartment. We’re happy to provide you with free Wi-Fi via a GigaCube (data volume limited). Parking is available at the house and in the surrounding area. Bicycles you bring with you can be parked in bike racks right outside the front door.
A visitor’s tax is charged on Sylt (€4.10 per day during peak season, €2.05 per day during the winter season), which must be paid directly when due.
