THE CONDO
Step into a bright and modern coastal retreat designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The open-concept living area is the heart of the home, where you can unwind after a day in the sun with high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout your stay.

Living & Dining:
The living room features a beige/brown sofa that converts to a queen-sized sleeper and comfortable seating. For your entertainment, enjoy movie nights on the Smart TV, complete with Roku, Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Fire TV, Disney+, Chromecast, Apple TV, and Amazon Prime Video. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats four.

Kitchen:
The fully stocked, modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and crisp white shaker cabinets. It`s perfectly equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The master bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed, stylish decor, and room-darkening shades for restful mornings. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. You`ll find two stylishly updated bathrooms, one featuring custom shiplap walls. A hairdryer and iron are also provided for your convenience.

Private Balcony:
Step out onto your own screened-in oasis. Offering tranquil wooded views, it`s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail in a peaceful, private setting.

Guests will enjoy exclusive and private access to the entire two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, with a simple and convenient self check-in process. In addition, you have full access to all the amenities within the 57-acre gated Ocean Creek Resort.

This condo is privately owned and managed. We respect your privacy but are available to answer any questions or address any needs that may arise during your stay. Our goal is to ensure you have a wonderful and seamless vacation experience.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Resort Amenities:
This condo is privately owned and managed. Resort amenities (pools, tram, restaurants, etc.) and their hours are managed by the Homeowners Association (HOA) and are subject to change based on season or maintenance without notice.

Starter Supplies:
We provide a starter kit of essentials like toilet paper, kitchen towels, and soap to get you settled in. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

Rental Agreement:
A Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $45 damage protection fee. This fee covers accidental damages up to $1,000.

Note: We provide 2 cloth dish towels and do not provide paper towels.

POTENTIAL OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.
