This property was the perfect spot for my family’s needs, a nice midpoint between family and attractIons. Having a private pool was definitely a plus, gave us extra practice for my little who’s learning how to swim. Definitely will be booking this location again in the future!

I recently had a mini vacation with my kids and chose this place to stay. The house was beautiful, clean and stocked with plenty of necessaties. The pool was great and we spent most of our days in it having lots of fun. The host was very responsive and even checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I highly recommend this place and plan to return in the future.

There were a couple of issues with the property which I notified the host about - responses and communication was prompt albeit the issues were not resolved during our stay.It should be noted that the property description does not make it clear that part of the property has a live-in resident with an entrance adjacent to the front door - guests should be aware of this - I should have read all the reviews…

Our stay was amazing and check in was super convenient and easy as we got in late. The home was located within 15 minutes to LegoLand which was the purpose for our trip. The kids loved the pool and game room in the garage which gave them activities while we were at the property. Highly recommend!

The owner has his son living in the house that is in the listing. You are not renting an entire property to yourself. It was very creepy to know that a room connected to the house has another occupant in the house. I will file a formal complaint with VRBO. How we came to know the son was there is because his son parked his car in the driveway. After a long day to Disney we came home to the car in the driveway. There was a locked door that has access to the house and from the outside and that is where the son lives.

Your review is misleading. First of all you arrived at the property at 8am by uber when check-in time is 3pm. You disturbed the departing guest by asking to open the garage for you to store your luggages without our permission while you went to Disney for the entire day. My son had pulled his car in the driveway to unload some supplies and had trouble restarting his car. I explained this to you when you arrived with the car in the driveway. He later returned to replace the battery and the car was then removed for the duration of your stay. My son doesn't have access to the guest listing. Prior to every guest check-in, a unique digital code is generated for each check-in and that code expires on the date of check out. Each new guest gets a digital code that is generated on the day of check-in and only the guest has the code.

I don't know why there were negative reviews because the moment my family and I arrived at this home, we fell in love! It was clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed everything about this place. Yes, there's only one TV, but the house made up for it. The host was great he responded promptly and was very polite. He even called to check on us. There was an incident when one of the kids bumped into the statue by the door and broke it. We're willing to cover that if the insurance doesn't. Next time I come back it'll be with my bestie If you're thinking about reserving this house don't think twice, it's worth every penny

The property was not as expected. There was a portion of the house blocked off with a separate entrance that had an occupant living in it. This was not disclosed in the listing. This was only discovered when my teenage daughter unexpectedly encountered a shirtless man in our driveway. The hot tub was not operational. Coffee pot in the kitchen was crusted with layers of dried coffee. There were wet towels left in the dryer. Pool was full of confetti from prior guests. Game room was missing pool balls and the basketball game was non functional. The screen door in pool area was not attached to the top hinges and barely holding on. There were piles of trash bags on the side of the house, trash bins overflowing and partially blocking driveway for 3 full days, plus trash and empty bottles under the furniture in the upstairs bedroom. The host did respond promptly and sent cleaners out, but only the confetti, coffee pot and trash in the side yard were resolved. Ultimately the host agreed to a refund due to the significant issues encountered that were unable to be resolved during our stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at this property in Haines City! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how incredibly clean everything was — honestly the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the entire home was so relaxing and welcoming. The hot tub was amazing, the pool was great, and the kids had an absolute blast in the game room. There was plenty of space for our whole family, and the quiet neighborhood made it even more peaceful. It ended up being one of the most relaxing trips we’ve ever taken to Florida. The home had everything we needed for our two-week stay, including all the appliances and kitchen essentials to cook meals at home, which saved us a lot of money from eating out constantly. We also truly appreciated the host — he was so kind and thoughtful, even checking in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. That level of care really stood out to us.My husband and I had a wonderful time, the kids loved it, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I am incredibly grateful for everything; the house has absolutely everything needed for a wonderful stay. It comes equipped with a complete set of kitchen essentials and then some which worked out much better for everyone. The pool and hot tub were phenomenal; we absolutely loved them. The bedrooms and the rest of the house were perfect and impeccably clean. The owner even had the house cleaned and prepared for us the night before, allowing us to check in early given that we had driven a very long distance a gesture that not just anyone would make. Our experience was a total success and best of all we were able to see family members we hadn't seen in ages, which made the trip even more special. My kids love it, my husband love it, my family love it, and I love it as well. We are come back soon, but I fell so in love with the place that we will definitely be staying here again. Thanks for everything Julius

3/10 the place had enough space. The jacuzzi was clogged and never worked so we did not use the pool or jacuzzi at all. The house was not clean, so we had to go purchase cleaning product and clean it ourselves. We had to share one tv and it was only in livingroom. We made the best of it and just did movie night each night together as a family. The house needed a candle or air freshener to help with unclean smell. The only positives was the beds were comfortable and Julius stayed in communication with us the entire time. The property is nice they just need a reliable cleaning crew. They need to manage check in time better. Make sure everything is working properly
