We really enjoyed our recent stay at the SeaBreeze townhome. It’s very clean with a fun beach themed decor. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to prepare meals. The kids enjoyed the house jumbo connect four and cornhole. There’s a pool right out front to take a dip and the beach is just a quick golf cart ride away. Great location with lots to do in the area. Would reserve again!

The only issue we had was with our dogs. The overall property is mostly gravel so it’s a long walk to get to grass for the dogs to use the bathroom. Other than that our stay was excellent.

Very nice rental. Clean rooms, great location close to beach and host keep us updated every step of the way and have good local recommendations for restaurants.

Nice property, lots of cookware, and stocked coffee pods!10 people would be tight. Master bedroom mattress could be replaced.Delayed check in and some confusion about parking.

The home itself is centrally located in town, decorated cutely, and the host was responsive when we brought our concerns to their attention. Unfortunately, the condition upon arrival was disappointing & did not match what we expected from the listing photos. There was dust throughout the home & a strong musty smell. The main bedroom bedding appeared unwashed, with noticeable stains on the comforter & sheets. We also found an extremely dirty HVAC filter, and the thermostat displayed poor indoor air quality. We contacted the host, & these concerns were addressed the following morning after our 10 p.m. arrival, which we appreciated. There are also some maintenance issues. The washing machine’s soap drawer falls out when opened, & the washer door seal has visible mildew. The dryer isn’t vented outside & instead blows hot air into the closet, causing the upstairs to become quite warm while running. The bunk room is very small & should be noted for families expecting more space. The rental is in a grouping that seemed to attract a fairly loud, party-oriented crowd during our stay, so those seeking peace & quiet may want to consider another location. I appreciate the host’s responsiveness, and the issues we reported were addressed. However, I can’t honestly say this was a 5-star experience. The property needs a deep cleaning and additional maintenance to better reflect the listing. We love Port Aransas and will return, but we would choose a different location next time.

We also had a professional HVAC technician out the same day to install a brand-new air filter to ensure optimal system performance. The home was pet friendly. Store was close. Beach easy walk. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed our stay. Kids wanted more time but there would have been a few for late checkout. I would stay again and recommend it for families.
