It was a great property. She listed all the amenities to a T.She needs to have a discussion with her cleaning service master bedroom there was trash left on the floor in between bed and nightstand. I’m sure it’s an oversight due to the fact cleaning people have so many homes but a home like this you have to have attention to detail when cleaning up after somebody else staying before a new person checking in.Other than that, it is a fabulous home

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear you found the home fabulous and that the property and amenities were exactly as described. We also truly appreciate you bringing the cleaning oversight in the master bedroom to our attention. We completely agree that attention to detail is important, and even a small missed area can impact a guest's first impression of an otherwise beautifully prepared home. We'll be sharing your feedback with our housekeeping team so we can reinforce those final checks before each arrival. Thank you for your understanding and kind words. We're so glad you otherwise enjoyed the home and hope to welcome you back for another wonderful Smoky Mountain getaway!

Wedding Week

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the rental. The only thing we did not like was the couch inthe living room area. When you sat in it you sank into it. Everything else was good.

Thank you for staying with us and for the feedback. We’re glad to hear you loved the rental. We’re sorry the living room couch wasn’t as comfortable as it should have been. We understand how important seating comfort is when relaxing, and we’ll be reviewing this with our team and property owner to see about repairs or replacement options to improve it for future guests. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention and hope to exceed all expectations the next time you visit.

The space was as described and was a great location with lots of amenities on the property. I messaged the host the first day of our 7 day trip to let them know the toaster was broken and that we could make do with the oven while they waited to hear back if another toaster was available, but never heard anything more. There were also some issues with cleanliness. I messaged the host about cobwebs on the wall in one room, goldfish left on the floor, and a razor cover found in the shower. They responded and said they apologized that the cleaning was unsatisfactory and would be following up with their cleaning crew. Later, we unfolded a towel to use and found it covered in brown/black dirt. We also found a dirty knife left on the counter in the kitchen. I didn’t bother to reach out again about the issue because I felt I would have gotten the same response. For the price, I would’ve expected a much higher level of cleanliness and I’m disappointed they never got back to us about the toaster.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the home, its location, and the amenities, but we're genuinely sorry that your stay fell short of the experience we strive to provide. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered. Finding items that should have been addressed during the inspection process is not acceptable, and we understand how disappointing that must have been. Equally concerning is that you never received a follow-up regarding the toaster after reporting it on your first day. That is not the level of communication or service we expect from our team. We're currently looking into what happened so we can better understand why your concerns weren't fully resolved during your stay. A member of our team will also be reaching out to you directly, as we'd appreciate the opportunity to personally apologize and learn more about your experience. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. Feedback like yours helps us improve, and we hope we'll have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us in the future.

Wonderful stay at Gatlinburg

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, we just want to thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was the perfect home and the perfect location with the most amazing extras. The indoor pool was used almost everyday as well as the gameroom and hot tub. The theater room was just perfect. The beds were so comfortable and pleanty of space and bathrooms. We had excellent communication and the house was very clean. We loved this home. The only negative is that we only had 1 week. We could have stayed longer. Thank you!!!!
