This detached house is very close to the North Sea and the tidal flats, quietly situated on a side street with little traffic in Friedrichskoog, near the seal station and the Spielewal. All shopping facilities are within easy access.

The ground floor of around 65m² consists of a living room with a leather sofa, a fireplace, satellite HD TV, a Wii console, Blu-ray player, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, as well as a dining room and adjoining bathroom with a shower and washing machine. On the first floor of around 60m² there are three further bedrooms with a double bed and two beds that can each be pulled out for two people. There is a modern bathroom on the upper floor. A highchair can be provided. Modern heating and a fireplace stove provide pleasant warmth in winter.

The terrace provides garden furniture, a parasol, a charcoal and electric grill. The site can only be accessed along a private path and is therefore suitable for children. The house is on a very well-tended site.

Free Internet access, a washing machine and a collection of films and music are available.

The Friedrichskoog peninsula is in the North Sea region in the tidal flats national park. All guest can make use of a wide range of recreational activities in the Friedrichskoog region by the sea, such as an outdoor fitness complex, a pirate playground, canopy beach chairs, sports grounds, sand and mud pits in the tidal flats with a slide. You can find various sections of beach at the tip of Friedrichskoog (family zone, kite zone, dog zone and nudist zone), as well as sections for nature lovers with sheep, a wide range of birds, salt marshes, and the Trischendamm with a 2.2-km-long path directly into the tidal flats. Peacefulness, leisure and relaxation go hand in hand with adventure, cultural programmes, walks on the tidal flats, sport and music, where the sea kisses the peninsula. Let your children run around, splash or experience natural mud, or visit the indoor playground Wal Willi, as well as the seal station by the old harbour in Friedrichskoog. It is a special place where people greet each other all day with Moin Moin, where you will come as a guest and hopefully leave as a friend. The local restaurants offer a culinary choice of seafood and typical regional dishes, as well as pasta, pizza and curry sausage, not to mention ice cream stands.
