It is a very spacious indoor setup which offers 3 distinct levels and as a result there are several rooms and space for you and your guests to enjoy and relax. There are three bedrooms which have built in desks also for working purposes. Televisions - 3 brand new Smart TVs and sound bars are setup for your enjoyment - One 65 inch Smart picture frame TV is located in the family room above the fireplace as you enter the side entrance next to the garage, one 55 inch Smart Apple TV is located in the first floor master suite, and upstairs in the other master suite is another 55 inch Smart Apple TV. There are also 2 newer TVs for your use including a Roku TV and a Samsung TV.

Upon entering the house by the side door next to the garage on the lower first level of the house there is an amazing family room facing the waterfront with new sectional furniture and tables, propane fireplace, 65 inch Smart picture frame TV, surround sound Juke audio system for seperate rooms or entire house setup with 2 outdoor speakers off the sun room

This family room is open concept so it connects to the updated gourmet chef style kitchen centered around a custom-tiled wraparound island with bar stools with a separate kitchen nook sitting area with new counter top kitchen table and chairs. Kitchen has been fully updated and has a new indoor BBQ grill and range hood. Kitchen also has a newer range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher for your use.

You will find it very relaxing in the family room off the kitchen with beautiful waterfront views.

There is an elegant formal dining room with queen size murphy bed as you pass through the kitchen.

Connected to the dining room is one additional private room with water views with a comfortable queen sofa bed and table

On the next level is only 3 steps up from the kitchen will take you to the main foyer entrance of the house, which has the main formal living room area with a queen sofa bed, loveseat, and chairs providing ample seating. Enjoy relaxing with your guests here, feel free to play the baby grand piano, listen to music via in house stereo system, and more.

The first floor on the right hand side has a king size master bedroom suite with new 55 inch Smart Apple TV and sound bar with Spectrum cable and Apple TV streaming services, private bathroom and large walk in closet.

The house is convenient for those guests who may prefer to be on the first floor or main floor with their own private bathroom.

Upon walking upstairs to the 3rd floor there are a total of 4 additional bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, ample closet space, central vacuum system for entire house. 3 of the bedrooms have a newer TV as well as plenty of closet space with hangers and a laundry bin for your use during your stay. Each bedroom has both windows and a door that leads out to the new 65 ft x 6 fr balcony

The master bedroom private suite has a queen size built in bedroom wall set. There is a 65 inch wall mounted new Smart Apple TV and sound bar with Spectrum cable and streaming services. As you enter the master bathroom there is a double vanity followed by a bidet and a shower tub combination within glass shower enclosure.
