The presence and location of the exterior cameras are disclosed in both the property description and guest instructions. Any reference to the hot tub cover is intended to help prevent damage to the equipment and maintain a safe, enjoyable experience for guests, not to monitor anyone’s personal activities. Guest comfort, privacy, and safety are extremely important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to provide clarification.

The hot tub is professionally serviced and maintained on a regular basis, including routine water treatment and cleaning between stays. We take concerns regarding its condition seriously and have followed up with our service team. We also want to correct the distance referenced in the review. The home is approximately 2.4 miles from Saratoga Race Course, not .9 miles. While some guests may choose to drive or use a rideshare rather than walk, the property remains conveniently located for accessing the track and surrounding Saratoga attractions. We appreciate the comments regarding the exterior condition and landscaping as well and are continuing to address maintenance items as they arise. Our goal is always to provide an enjoyable and accurately represented stay, and we value feedback that helps us improve.
