Other areas to note:
-All instructions are on display in the dining room and in the kitchen plus by the front door as you enter and leave. There is also a manual in the dining room for the hot tub but you can also check any questions on YouTube. The hot tub will be at 97 degrees you can turn it up to 102 but please turn back to 97 degrees before you leave. If you are using the hot tub throw 1/2 cups of granules in before you use. It is next to the hot tub. Garbage days are Wednesday and Thursday. Please place bins at the end of the driveway Wednesday evening for Thursday morning pickup and return them after collection.
-Please do not sit, lean, or place weight on the hot tub control panel. Doing so may cause damage to the unit, and any resulting repairs may require guest compensation.

We rented this house for a group trip for golf and days at the race track. The house exceeded our expectations and gave us countless opportunities to create memories. The pool and hot tub were clutch after days in the heat at the race track. Great location for what were we’re looking for. Can’t thank James enough for his timely responses and hospitality.

The property is pet friendly and conveniently located very close to many restaurants and shops. It’s is spacious and clean with many rooms. The pool and fireplace in the backyard are lovely. The process of booking and checking out were simple and the host was easy to communicate with. WiFi was also stable and fast despite the large amount of devices we had connected. We strongly recommend to book this property for family vacation. Thanks!

There were several references in the handbook for the property that referred to having outdoor cameras on. For an example, if the hot tub cover was off too long, they would be contacting you to close. It made us feel very uncomfortable as though someone was watching us constantly. Mike T

This home was advertised as an outdoor spa retreat. It was filthy! The hot tub was yellow and when we started taking the cover off the odor was unbearable. The deck paint was pealing and the wood was rotted. The outdoor rugs were worn and ripped. The listing also read that the house was .9 miles from Saratoga Horse track when in reality is was closer to three miles and unwalkable. The landscaping was overgrown and the property was not well taken care of. I would not recommend this property if you want to go to the races.

The hot tub is professionally serviced and maintained on a regular basis, including routine water treatment and cleaning between stays. We take concerns regarding its condition seriously and have followed up with our service team. We also want to correct the distance referenced in the review. The home is approximately 2.4 miles from Saratoga Race Course, not .9 miles. While some guests may choose to drive or use a rideshare rather than walk, the property remains conveniently located for accessing the track and surrounding Saratoga attractions. We appreciate the comments regarding the exterior condition and landscaping as well and are continuing to address maintenance items as they arise. Our goal is always to provide an enjoyable and accurately represented stay, and we value feedback that helps us improve.
