House G—located right on the beachfront. The building spans four floors. The first floor features storage rooms for bicycles as well as shops (restaurants, clothing stores, etc.). An elevator runs from the parking space in the underground garage up to the top floor.

This beachfront penthouse apartment offers a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea and features exceptionally high-quality amenities.

Highlights include the rotating fireplace, which you can enjoy from both the dining area and the sofa while taking in the view of the Baltic Sea, and the spacious Finnish log sauna with interior dimensions of 2.1 x 2.1 meters and three levels within the penthouse apartment, allowing you to relax on a lounger on the rooftop terrace after a sauna session. Both bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower) are each equipped with a towel warmer.

The large wraparound rooftop terrace (approx. 36 m² of which is covered with Bangkirai decking), accessible from every room, features, among other things, an extra-large table with 6 chairs and two lounge chairs.

All electrical outlets within children’s reach are childproofed.

The apartment features a dedicated fiber-optic connection with download speeds of up to 300 Mbits/s, which also enables remote work.

All apartments have large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment.

The high-quality and extensive amenities in every room, the sauna and fitness area, and the game room make your vacation a memorable experience no matter the season.

The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.

Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourist office, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.

The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.
