Living space

Air conditioning runs throughout the entire apartment, keeping things cool against the Caribbean heat, while high-speed wifi and a dedicated workspace mean connectivity is there if the day requires it. The patio is where the stay comes into its own - a BBQ grill and hammock face outward toward the beach, made for evenings that stretch well past sunset. Inside, a TV, ping pong table, and pool table give you plenty of ways to fill the slower hours.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests across four beds. The first bedroom holds a king-size bed, the second a double, and the third two doubles - a layout that suits families and friend groups equally well. Bed linens, towels, and essentials are provided, and a washer, dryer, iron, hangers, and clothing storage make it easy to settle in for longer.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is set up for proper home cooking, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher all available. Dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and cooking basics are on hand, along with a coffee maker, hot water kettle, and toaster for unhurried mornings before the day begins.



Bathroom

Three and a half bathrooms serve the apartment, each stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water throughout.



Outdoor and building amenities

The patio opens directly toward the beach, making the transition from inside to sand as easy as it should be. As a Calablanca Residences guest, you have access to the shared pool, hot tub, and gym. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge - you only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages are also available at an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. The building includes an elevator, a free on-site parking garage, and 24-hour building staff who support a smooth self check-in and luggage drop-off.



Location

Isla de Barú occupies one of the quieter stretches of the Colombian coast - a natural fit for families or groups wanting a relaxed base with the beach as the main event. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca at an additional cost. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are warmly accommodated.
