Welcome to Apartment 85 in Building 1 of the "Vier Jahreszeiten"!

This apartment for two is situated in a truly idyllic location on the 9th floor and is extremely popular thanks to its magnificent direct ocean view—a view you’re sure to take home with you as a wonderful vacation memory. The bright corner apartment has been extensively renovated and offers its guests a harmonious and tasteful overall ambiance.

The separate bedroom, which overlooks the entire South Beach and its promenade, features two single beds (90×200 cm and 90×190 cm) and a wardrobe with a mirror.
The modern, renovated interior shower room features an illuminated mirror cabinet, a heated towel rack, a vanity cabinet with drawers, and a shower with a tub and shower curtain.
The large and comfortable couch can be used as a sleeping area if needed. An armchair is also available. A flat-screen TV (32 inches) and Wi-Fi access round out your entertainment options.
The kitchenette features a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, all cooking utensils, and a full set of dishes.
From the balcony on the 8th floor, you can enjoy a direct, breathtaking view of the sparkling sea at your feet. Comfortable high-backed chairs with cushions and a bistro table invite you to relax, recharge, and soak up the sun.

Complex:

The "Vier Jahreszeiten" vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings house 1-, 2-, and 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
