At the fold-out dining table, you can spend cozy evenings enjoying delicious drinks and good conversation.<br><br>From the comfortable box-spring bed (140×200) in the separate bedroom, you can still enjoy a bit of the ocean view through the large window right next to the bed. A blackout blind ensures your privacy. The spacious closet offers plenty of room for your vacation wardrobe. <br>Staying longer? The spacious rooftop terrace with its magnificent ocean view is also freely accessible to you. <br>A private parking space right in front of the building saves you the trouble of searching for parking. <br>Thanks to the two elevators, you can easily transport your luggage all the way up to the 6th floor.
