Main Floor

The welcoming living room features a large TV and a collection of board games — perfect for cozy nights in. The dining room seats six and opens to the backyard through sliding glass doors, where you'll find a BBQ grill ready for outdoor meals.

The kitchen flows seamlessly from the dining space and includes additional table workspace. A convenient half bath is located downstairs.

The layout makes it easy for everyone to have their own space.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full and private access to the home.

We require:

• A signed rental agreement

• The booking guest to be 21 years of age or older

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the home offers easy access to downtown San Antonio, The River Walk, The Pearl District, Fort Sam Houston, Randolph AFB, shopping, dining, and major highways — making it easy to explore the city while enjoying a peaceful place to return to at the end of the day.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for convenience, though Uber and Lyft are readily available in San Antonio. The home offers driveway and street parking, and major highways are just minutes away for quick access to attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Cancellation Policy

If you notify us prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The remaining 3% reflects non-refundable credit card processing fees.

Linens & Towels

We kindly ask guests to treat all linens with care. Items damaged beyond repair may incur a replacement fee.

Pet Policy

We are pet-friendly with a non-refundable pet fee.

• Pets must be crated when unattended

• No pets on furniture or beds

• Yard waste must be cleaned promptly
