Great location and responsive host! If you want a lot of rooms and the perfect beach atmosphere stay here. We had the most wonderful stay!

Christmas Vacation

Loved this location, easy access in and out. Can’t beat this location everything is in walking distance. House was great clean and spacious there were 17 of us and this place worked out great.

Can't beat! Amazing location and space

Perfect setting right on the beach, footsteps from the sand. Large house that's great for large groups. Great communication from the host. Would highly recommend and wish we could have stayed longer!

The beach view and access were superior!! Teapot lid was broken in the drawer before our use. What would have made the communication and experience 5 star would have been given the go ahead to use garage before official check in time. Our family loved it and want to return!

Great location!

The house was very clean, nice and great location. Lots of room to move about and different places to gather without feeling cramped. The rental company was very communicative and helped out immediately when needed. Highly recommend!

Location is everything with this one!

It’s right on the boardwalk and just near main street Santa Clara. You are walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shops, mini market and to the north is PB or to the South to Belmont with the rollercoaster, a gym, shops and activities. With 8 bedrooms and all are king beds, one full plus a pullout if needed.

Friends from college

Accurately listed. We rented both halves so that made it easier to worry about making any noise and not bothering others, but house is in a great location. I live in SD so i went and looked at it first, but very happy with the place. Our group would rent this house again

10/10 Location!!!!

This house was beautiful, clean and was so perfect for our large group of 23 people (3 babies). You could not ask for a better location being right on the beach and pretty much in between Pacific and Mission Beach. We were within walking distance to so many stores, coffee shops, small grocery stores and restaurants! There was definitely alot of stairs, which is mentioned in the listing. We did find the kitchen to be a lot smaller than the photos portrayed. Overall, loved this place and would stay here again!

4th year we brought kids, grand and great to Mission beach and this was the best house by far!! Pots, pans, dishes were a huge plus. The wife and I are amazed at how many people do not properly "outfit" the kitchen for large parties. This property had both plenty and good quality pans. This house is amazing! huge dinner table, Clean, on the boardwalk, comfy beds, large deck and larger roof top patio. they provide plenty of beach towels and a variety of beach toys for young and old. Plenty of beach chairs and a couple beach umbrellas. We would definitely rent again if the price is not too prohibitive.

Mission Beach

Overall the house is nice. The AC units are wall mounted units that kept the house cool. The one in the kitchen and in one of the bedrooms upstairs makes a really loud noise after it has been on for a few minutes. I’m used to renting houses in Newport for the same price that are much nicer, however for this area it seems to be on the nicer side compared to everything else that is available. Also the garage is insanely small. Don’t plan on parking in there unless you have a tiny car such as a Toyota Prius. We had a Nissan Rouge and we barely got it to fit in the far left garage.

Property location is stellar, literally on the sand on Pacific Beach, steps from the water. We went for an annual boys re-union weekend & the place was perfect for us, but would be very family friendly as well. Property description is fairly accurate, clean & maintained with plenty of beds - we rented both units, although the unit to unit connection is a little hokey with no interior connect. The property is clearly a little older with an addition. Probably should have been a teardown & rebuild for better design, but overall it works for what we needed. We had one major issue, upon check-in, we were given wrong door codes - most likely a communication mix up for another rental - they kept referencing unit A & B, but there are not units as they have separate addresses. We also never got the gate code to access side yard with the hot-tub, so the only access there was thru one of the bedrooms. We eventually got it sorted out, but frankly 3 hrs past check in time. Fortunately, the maintenance crew was there & able to let us in, but without the door codes, we could not leave to go to a local restaurant & were forced to go the delivery route. with exception of the check-in, everything else went smoothly. We did ask for a late check out & surprisingly, given how check-in went, we were denied the late check-out????? Given the check-in snaffu, you would think they would have been a little more accomodating. We will go back to this area and would consider location again!

Staying at this property was a wonderful experience for our family. We rented both houses since we were almost 20 people. We all congregated in the main house, did a bbq one day, dinner on the top deck next enjoying the beautiful sunset. Our teenage children either biked, surfed or went shopping while the adults relaxed. There were plenty of interesting places nearby. I especially enjoyed the hotel style king size bed while the teens had fun in a room with a sofa bed. Overall, first class stay!

It was a magical weekend for our group! The house is amazing! Everything is walk in distance! We even walked to the surfing lessons! The roof top is just perfect for early morning or late at night relaxing time!

We had a family vacation at this beautiful property. The communication was excellent with the host and they were so responsive. Dreamy right on the boardwalk and right across from the beach!!
