Designed for small families, Grace College visitors, and outdoor enthusiasts, this fully self-contained apartment offers the perfect balance of affordability and a prime location on the lower level of our historic 1910 home.

- Details: Max 2 well-behaved dogs with pre-approval and pet fee.
- Rules: Pets must stay off furniture/beds and be crated if left alone. Please clean up waste immediately.
- Adventure: The dog-friendly Greenway starts just steps from your door!

- CEILINGS: Built in 1910! As a Garden Level unit, main ceilings are 7 feet, with some ductwork soffits dipping to approx 6 feet. Taller guests should take note.
- THERMOSTAT: Temperature is controlled from the upper floors; we are happy to adjust it upon request. Space heaters and fans are also provided.
