* CEILINGS: Built in 1910! As a Garden Level apartment, main ceilings are 7 feet, with some ductwork soffits dipping to approx 6 feet. Taller guests should take note.
* THERMOSTAT: Temperature is controlled from the upper floors; space heaters and fans are provided, and adjustments are gladly made upon request.
