The location was great and accommodations were nice. The condo itself needed basic repairs. Balcony table was broken, refrigerator had water dripping out on the floor, dishwasher would not clean dishes and filthy inside, and floors were dirty. The overall place once we cleaned it was very nice and cozy.

The people backed out of the reservation with no head notice until I had already arrived to Pensacola, FL. If it would not have been for a friend allowing me to stay the night I would have had to drive all the way back home with my family. Truly a terrible experience.

We loved the condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We ended up having to drive to the parking area for the beach. It was a little far for us to walk. however, we enjoyed the bay and pool which was close to the condo. I would say the condo is not kid free for young ones because of the breakable decorations lying around. Overall it was perfect for what we needed.

Baywatch, Unit F4

The perfect condo for us! Very comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. And the chair and umbrella service on the beach was a major added bonus!! We would definitely recommend!!!

Fun stay!

We had a nice reunion with our daughter and grandson at this location. The property was great and the rooms were very clean. A few minor condo flaws that did not really impact our stay. We especially enjoyed the daily beach chairs and umbrella setup that were included in the rental price.

Good location

Good location for being away from the center of activity. Near a good restaurant. Comfortable beds. Close to beach and sound. Property clean and well equipped. Only downside was the sofa and bar stool cushions need cleaning.

Mermaid beach house

Loved this rental. We will be back annually. Great size, cleanliness, decor, and location. Thank you for such warm southern hospitality. We loved the unit so much we hope to be able to purchase our own soon.

Pensacola Beach

The location was extremely nice and we were able to walk everywhere! I would return for sure! Apartment was very clean and organized for having so many people in a smaller area. Having a balcony was a nice touch. This was such an amazing place to stay! The place was amazing, safe and close to Pensacola Beach

Perfect Getaway!

My husband and I so enjoyed our stay at Baywatch unit F4. The property was just as advertised, kitchen very well stocked with anything you need to prepare meals, Beautiful pool, bay side sidewalks, group fire pit and a short walk to the beach. Even complimentary beach umbrella and chairs delivered and set up for us on the beach each day of our stay. We will definitely be back!!

Cute, Clean, and Comfortable

My wife and I stayed here from May 7-10 while we were in Pensacola Beach for a short vacation and graduation. It was well priced, clean, comfortable, spacious (for two), and well decorated and themed. We actually never used the stove or TVs or anything, just the bed, couch, backdoor patio, and refrigerator. Wonderful stay and experience. They mean business with their 10am checkout time though ...
