This unit is stylishly updated and perfect for the quick family trip or romantic getaway. There are views of the Santa Rosa Sound from the back balcony and views of the Gulf of Mexico from the front private balcony. There is also a side balcony with views of both! This condo sits right on the Santa Rosa Sound providing access for fishing or paddle boarding. It also provides easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beaches. When you have had your fill of sand and salt water, head on over to the tennis court or large community swimming pool.



Inside you'll find a recently updated beautiful kitchen with new cabinets, quartz countertops, and polished concrete floors. The kitchen overlooks the open dining and living areas. There are breathtaking views from the main living areas and primary bedroom. With two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms there is room for the whole family. Wonderful!

Amazing Stay

Pictures do not do this condo justice! The views are amazing! We were able to watch a pod of dolphins swimming in the ocean from the front balcony even with the condo being across the street from the ocean! The condo is very well kept and super clean! I do not have a single complaint! I will stay here again if I am ever back in the area.

Great experience at Santa Rosa Dunes #941

The drive to the property was great and easy from Pensacola airport. Beautiful gulf and bay views, lots of free parking. Upon arrival, plenty of parking, and our assigned spot was adjacent to the elevator, our guests parked 50 feet away. The apartment had a bit of a smell of mold, but not really bothersome. The apartment was very clean, bathroom and kitchen amenities left in small one- visit use packages. The deck is awesome, looks out on the bay side. The walk to water on either bay or gulf side is maybe 5min. Great restaurants nearby. We spent a day at NAS Pensacola visiting the museum. It blows away the Air and Space Smithsonian in DC. Free 2hr guided tours 3x a day, open until 4pm. TRULY a relaxing stay here. I would happily come back again.

AMAZING

We absolutely LOVE our condo as this is the second year in a row we have rented it. Its beautiful and has an amazing patio! We also love the short walk to the beach and the pool! We have been working with iTrip Pensacola for a few years and this is the second property of theirs we have stayed in (both amazing). They are accommodating, kind and super easy to get in touch with if needed. We will NEVER use anyone else when booking as they have never steered us wrong on a place AND customer service is half the battle!!

We all loved this place and wish we could stay longer. The location was perfect for us to enjoy the beach, bike trail, pool, and local restaurants. My favorite thing about our stay was all of the windows and balconies to enjoy the beauty of Pensacola. It worked perfectly for our group of adults but would also be great for kids. If we ever make it back I will be staying here again.

This trip was for our daughter's cheer competition and I wish we could have stayed longer, this condo was a dream! Views from every window- views of the beach, bay, and bridge. Very clean, spacious and bright. Beach is less than a five minute walk, Peg Leg Pete is a five minute walk too. Boardwalk and big restaurants are a less than 10 minute drive. There is so much around and near by! If I had to pick on something, all I can say is I wish there was a kuerig instead of drip coffee machine. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and hope this same unit will be available when we come back to Pensacola.
