Hi Stephanie, thank you for staying with us. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the property. We are sorry that you had difficulty reaching our team and we offer our sincere apologies for the frustrations this has caused. Please know that we are experiencing a higher than normal call and email volume at this time. This is resulting in longer than normal wait times for our guests, and agents are working very hard to assist callers quickly and efficiently. We hope to have the chance to impress you in the future!

Nancy, we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We are genuinely sorry to hear that your stay did not meet the high standards we strive for, especially regarding cleanliness and safety. It’s concerning to learn about the issues with the sliding glass doors and the hairdryer, as well as the cleanliness of the floors. We understand how important it is for our guests to feel secure and comfortable in their accommodations. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will address these concerns with our team to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues. We want every stay to be a positive experience, and we regret that we fell short during yours. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention, and we hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Margaret. We are happy to hear you like the location of our home. We attempt to be as transparent with our listings as possible and provide accurate and current photos, amenity lists, and descriptions so guests can make an informed choice about what they are paying for and make the right decision for their needs. We will follow up with our local operations manager to ensure that all information about the home is clear. We appreciate your preference as a means to improve, and we hope you will give us a second chance to impress you.
