The view was perfect. Beds not too comfortable. Carbon monoxide detector kept beeping and had to hit reset to stop numerous times but host was always quick to respond to messages. Amber was very helpful and pleasant.

Property was ok except we were told to evacuate because of the hurricane. Though we know the documents say we cannot get a refund for the 10 days we lost, you would think some sort of credit would be available.

The condo could use updating, there is a need of painting and repair of baseboards especially in the master bath, the curtains in the master bedroom are in need of repair, torn pieces on bottom of curtain, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the AC works great, the check I. Process was super easy!

Great vacation home!

Our stay was wonderful! Family oriented location with beautiful beach views! The beach and water were both beautiful! We will definitely visit again soon!

Beautiful property

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was great having two king beds and the views were great. The property is really nice.

Overall a great stay

We enjoyed the resort and amenities offered. Only complaint was the floors were not super clean upon arrival.

New Year Getaway

We love the Portofino. This unit was lovely. Beautiful views from the balcony and close access to the beach. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!!

Absolutely stunning views from all rooms. The staff was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and attentive. They went out of their way to assist us. The condo was roomy and had everything we needed. The onsite restaurants, pools and market was amazing and so convenient. The trolley was such a convenient service and well utilized by our family. Beautiful grounds and well maintained.

Stunning view of the ocean and the bay

We absolutely loved our stay here. Pictures of the inside are just as they’re shown but the views from the balcony don’t do it justice. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean views as well as the bay views. The bedrooms have amazing views as well. There is not a bad spot in the house. We will definitely be back.

We have stayed at Portofino multiple times, but this was the first time booking through a property management company. We needed assistance for a couple of things during our stay & called the after-hours number. On both occasions our issue could not be resolved & we were told someone would call us back the next day. We never received those phone calls. We would have liked better communication, but not a deal breaker. Overall, these issues did not keep us from enjoying another stay.

Great Condo with beautiful Views

We loved the condo and the views. Stayed in another condo last August and knew this was a great place to stay. The only issue was the dining room light was so dim we could hardly see to play games. Need to change out those bulbs for 100 Watt LED bulbs would help to see better. The outlets were hit or miss on whether they worked. Otherwise, great condo and I will be back and hopefully get the same one. J. Shifflett

Beautiful, quiet, views were amazing

The resort was beautiful! The room was nice had a great view. Downfall was could not use the jacuzzi bathtub, we turned it on and black tarry stuff came out of water. The toilet made a whistle sound when you didnt use the water not sure why! Could not buy anything with cash either. The bed sheets had hair on them in the guest room like they were not washed. Other than these issues the place was beautiful no problems checking in and out the room was big and updated.
