The Space:

This bright and happy sound-front condo is on the third floor, with water views of the pool and marina right from its private balcony! When you're not taking advantage of the nearby beach access (located right across Highway 98), be sure to spend some time basking under the home's central AC while you watch your favorite movies and shows on the large flatscreen TV. The full kitchen has all the major and small appliances you need to prepare a delicious meal and the breakfast bar includes three bar stools to enjoy your meals from. Afterward, let the dishwasher knock out all those dirty dishes while you take some friends and a few glasses of wine out to the balcony to enjoy the views. Have a little work to do during your stay? The kitchen features a small work desk with a chair, and the home's high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time. Spend the day at the beach or take advantage of the community pool and hot tub to relax with friends. When it's time to call it an evening, you'll have two bedrooms to enjoy, one with an en-suite bath and a flatscreen TV. The private, stacked washer and dryer are located right on the balcony, so you can keep everyone's laundry nice and clean during your stay.

Beach access is just a short walk away, so be sure to bring plenty of sunscreen for your stay. You'll have plenty of terrific restaurants to take advantage of within two miles of the home, and there is shopping aplenty at places like Uptown Station, located just two-and-a-half miles north of the condo. Be sure to get in some outdoor fun with hikes on Glenwood Park Nature Trail and Patriots' Trail.

Nice place to stay with cold air

Enjoyed the view and the fact that the ac kept the rooms very cool. Also like that the parking lot is numbered so you have spot to park every day without looking.

We love this location

The location is awesome! The condo was clean and we enjoyed our stay. We were surprised that the condo didn't have extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. 1 of each and that was it. It would've been nice to have extras available. It could also use a few more thoughtful items such as baking sheets to cook with, coffee filters, a pen and notepad, etc.

Excellent property & experience

The reservation process was quick, and communication with the management company was quite easy. They supplied all of the information needed to enter the property and to help us feel comfortable during our stay. The pictures and description of the property was very accurate as well. The unit was in a great location, exceptionally easy to get to our wedding venue, and absolutely perfect for us. It was a quiet property, which was nice, with ample parking, and of course a beautiful view of the bay. I would certainly stay here again if the need arose and would recommend the condo to anyone considering to stay on Okaloosa island. Loved it all!!

Cozy condo

Good size for a family of 5. The two bathrooms are very small. Needs a little cleaning of the bathrooms and living room specifically the area under the couch. All in all it is a good and cozy place!
