Fort Walton Beach/Destin Beachfront 2-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom 3rd Floor Corner Condo

Highlights about this condo:

1. Beachfront condo with views of the Gulf of Mexico from the 3rd floor balcony (close to 1300 square feet of space), where you can enjoy your meals, sunbathe, read or just do nothing. The exterior of the building was updated in 2024!

2. Walk right up to the beach! Complimentary beach service that includes two beach chairs and one umbrella set up each day for you (March 1 through October 31).

3. Corner unit in a low-density building (20 units total); pool between the building and the Gulf, which is heated during the winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year), and the last two weeks of March; charcoal barbeque grills (you provide the charcoal).

4. Spacious, open kitchen/living room where you can see the Gulf. One master suite with a king bed and a bathroom with a jetted tub; one queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen pull-out couch in the living room, with a second bathroom in the hallway. The bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TVs with cable.

5. Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, dishes and cookware; washer and dryer in the unit.

6. Free parking and free WiFi; easy self check-in with WiFi lock passcode

The primary renter must be 25 years or older, with no more than 6 total guests in the unit (including children).

The location of this condo is wonderful. It’s right in the beach with oceanfront views, and overlooking the pool too. The second bedroom was a little small, but it would be perfect for kids. The building only has 20 or so units so the beach area in front of it isn’t that busy. We had a really nice time.

The stay was excellent from start to finish. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a beautiful view that made the experience even more relaxing. The amenities were impressive and added a great touch of convenience and comfort throughout the visit. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I would gladly stay here again in the future.

Fantastic property! We loved the beach access, the smaller size of the building, the condo itself was great too. And the chair service was amazing. Highly recommended. The beach was fantastic. Condo is super close to a Tom Thumb, putt putt golf, and Stewby’s Seafood which we loved. It’s a quiet/ low traffic area of the island which was great.

Great Condo at a fantastic location! We had everything we needed. Loved the convenience of the reserved chairs at the beach. Enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub in the unit. Plenty of room for our family. Will definitely recommend and try and return. We had a slight hiccup with the internet but Bonnie had a backup for us that worked out fine. The only thing that may not have worked as should was the pool heat. Otherwise a wonderful experience at Dune Pointe!

Beautiful condo, just like the pictures, and very clean. Super-responsive communication. Everything was perfect. My favorite thing to do in Fort Walton is sit on the balcony and stare at the waves. My second-favorite is sitting on the couch and staring at the waves. I did plenty of both this trip. Highly recommend!

Quiet Family Vacation Spot

The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed and more. Easy access to the pool and the beach. The owner was quick to respond when I had a question. Overall very happy with our stay and would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Nice view from the balcony and it was shaded which made it cooler. The pool area was nice and never crowded. Very quiet while we were there

Wonderful

The condo was very clean and easily accessible. The beds were comfortable. The owner paid attention to small details, helping this feel like home. The view from the patio was great. Loved staying here. I would stay again!

Everything was great from the start. Easy booking with easy check in process. Did have to reach out to the owner about the front door lock which she responded quickly. The condo looked even better in person. Location was perfect with an amazing beach view. Close to everything and still very private. Would return for another visit and highly recommend.

Beautiful beach and water in October

The location was great, with easy access to the beach. The condo was spacious, and supplied everything we needed for our stay. There was what appeared to be water damage or just a general dampness in the condo

The issue with humidity is being professionally remediated and there is a dehumidifier in the condo. The condo will be back in good shape by mid-January.

GIRLS TRIP

My friends and I made a last minute girls trip. We have never stayed in Fort Walton. This is the best place. Quiet, less crowded, and the condo had everything we needed. We will stay again. Recommended 10/10 2 bedroom 2 bath and one bedroom had a twin and full size bed. Just perfect and the beach view was beautiful

30th Birthday Trip

The view was beautiful to wake up and see. There were 5 of us and it did not feel cramped. Such an easy access to walk to the beach everyday. Ubers/Lyfts were convenient to get to the strip of restaurants/bars.
