The Space:

Create lasting memories at Waters Edge 210. This three-bedroom, two-bath condominium is the perfect addition to your next beach vacation. With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom, a twin bunk in the bunk room, and a sofa sleeper in the living room, unit 210 sleeps up to eight guests comfortably. This unit boasts modern and homey décor throughout and has incredible views of the pool area and the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony. Upon entering, you will find the bunk room immediately on your right, and the guest bedroom and the guest bathroom on your left. The guest bathroom includes a single vanity along with a tub/shower combination. The short hallway leads to the fully-equipped kitchen, dining room area and living room. The large kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and houses the stackable washer and dryer combination, for your convenience. The master bedroom is located directly next to the living room and leads to the master bath, boasting plenty of closet space along with a double vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a separate garden tub. Step out onto the large balcony, which is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom.

Waters' Edge Condominium is a gorgeous beachfront property, just steps away from the sugar white sand and crystal-clear waters of Okaloosa Island. Enjoy the huge 5,000 sq. ft. gulf-side pool, the exercise room and the separate grilling and picnic area. There is also a private beach boardwalk leading directly to the sand. Waters' Edge Condominium is located on Okaloosa Island, just a short walk or drives to an array of local attractions and restaurants.

This property has everything you need for a relaxing , fun vacation! The property has plenty of space and is beautifully decorated. You are literally steps away from the beach and the views are amazing! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Relaxing stay

We loved our stay at the resort. Only complaint was that we could never connect to the wifi. We loved being right across from the pool and the short distance to the beach! We didn’t want to leave today!

Fabulous Family Getaway

4 generations gathered to play on the beach for a week and it was wonderful! Having an umbrella and chairs ready and waiting on the beach each day was fantastic. We enjoyed the property, the pools and the proximity to great restaurants.

Perfect getaway

Everything was great! Only recommendation we have is the room with the bunk beds gets hot! Maybe a possible ceiling fan :) would stay here again!

Perfect, perfect, perfect!

So convenient and quiet. Love that there were no “steps” to the beach. Condo was very clean and well furnished with the basics and more (including an air fryer, griddle, etc). We will absolutely consider this condo and complex in the future.

Amazing

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. Location is perfect! Within minutes to shops, grocery stores, and all the best restaurants. This unit gives a perfect view of the beach and ocean. In the mornings we would sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins. I could go on and on about how perfect this unit is and how much we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Spoiled

This was our first condo experience. I must say, we will never stay at a hotel here again. The condo was amazing. Amazing view. The staff was friendly. Check in and out was easy.

Perfect!!

This property was perfect for us! I took my three children, my friend, and her son. The kids varied in ages between 7-15 and we all enjoyed it! The condo was spotless, we had an amazing view of the ocean and the pools, and were close to all kinds of different activities for our entire group! Fort Walton was less crowded than Destin, but only a short drive there, to even more restaurant and activities! We will definitely stay here again!!

Waters Edge

My wife and I have stayed many time here but it was to be the first for my inlaws. The loved it !!! From the view of the beach from the balcony to the beautiful ,large pool and the ease of access to the beach !! They love the less stressful stay here vs the hectic dealings in Destin and Sea Side where they had stayed previously !! But also the ease of going to Destin for events if that's what you desire .

Great stay perfect perfect

I rented this for my honeymoon. Right on the beach. It was an amazing stay. Very clean very nice. The wifi name and password didn't work for us. There was no wifi with that name so we couldn't connect. But everything was still great. Loved it. I'd stay again

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was as described in the listing. It was clean, cool, and ready at check in. The view is beach and over the pool. If you have any concerns about pool noise, it was only occasionally and it never lasted late. It was usually just kids playing and barely noticeable. Pool view worked for us because our little and big kids always want to be in it. Easy access to pool and beach. Covered parking. One small maintenance issue with a door hinge and they responded very quickly to have it repaired . Easy communication, fast responses. We would rent here again.
