The Space:

Nothing screams vacation like a getaway to white sand the stunning waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Panama City has everything you need to let your worries melt away, so book a stay at this spacious condo for your next family retreat. The view from the fully furnished balcony is to die for, so take your morning coffee out to one of the two tables and plan out a day of adventure! Whip up a delicious meal in the full kitchen before heading out to the sand to look for seashells. The shared pool area is a great place to spend an afternoon and if you are trying to stick to your exercise program, there is an onsite fitness center just for you! Finish the day watching the sunset with a glass of wine and doze off to the sound of the tide.



You may never want to leave the sand, but venture out and you can easily see the many attractions nearby. Take a drive down the coast to check out the trails of Camp Helen State Park or rent a kayak for the day and paddle around Lake Powell. Try your luck at fishing off of Russell-Fields Pier or spend the day on a shopping spree at Pier Park! There are plenty of concerts and festivals going on at Aaron Bessant Amphitheater year-round, so be sure to check out their lineup when you get to town! Gulf World and Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf are both a short drive as well for some fun for the whole family!

Amazing Beach Vacay

We had the best vacation! The condo and property was amazing and the condo was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed! The beach service was such a plus! Great vacay and we can’t wait to book again!

Beautiful place!

The location was perfect, the condo was really nice! The amenities were really pretty, clean and convenient. Of course the best part was the beach & being so close to the water! It was nice to wake up seeing the beach!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff were very accommodating and nice.

Great vacation!

Good location to Pier Park. Great layout-parking under building (no crossing street) not much walking to elevators (on each floor of parking) 3 elevators on each level and fast(not much waiting). This condo had a dream master bath(whirlpool tub and walk-in shower). Right on the beach and two Beach chair rentals What more do you need?

I really like the Palazzo! Clean, organized, convenient.

Though I genuinely enjoyed the property, the fact that there was no late check out available, not even for a fee was a real damper on the trip for those flying out after 4:00pm. That feature will influence my next booking.

Very clean. Has a great sectional couch. Patio furniture is terrible. Needs to be replaced. Master bed on the firm side.

Very Nice Condo-Beautiful View

We completely enjoyed our stay and would consider the condo building/condo for another Florida visit. Cabinets in bathrooms feel a little dated.; Shower in master needs detail cleaning and a newer shower (small and low water pressure); in general, deep clean of baseboards; lock on master patio door is broken (on 11th floor so really no worries for three adults but could be a safety concerns for families with smaller children). Things mentioned above did not negatively impacted how much we enjoyed the condo or the amazing view; self admit me and my adult kids are very detailed and super clean freaks, so again, condo beautiful and nothing to prevent selecting for a great stay. 😊

Almost perfect

This is the second time that I've stayed at this property and it continues to provide an excellent experience. The Palazzo has 3 things going for it. Location, crowd levels and the property it self. Located right on the beach and in walking distance to a grocery store/souvenir stand, you don't have to fight traffic to have a great time. The Palazzo with 16+ floors is large enough but a smaller property. That in combination with being located on the less crowded end of front beach road equals a MUCH less crowded beach experience. 1106 has great amenities with one of the most comfortable giant couches that every member of the family took an unplanned nap on at some point. Though listed as a 2 bedroom, the extra bunk room is roomy enough to not feel claustrophobic. The master bedroom was spacious and perfect to listen to the ocean as you fall asleep. On an unfortunate note, you guys have to do something about deep cleaning the bathrooms. I cleaned the incredibly nasty shower head but someone MUST clean your drains in the sinks and tub. Both of which drain very slowly. The master tub takes 2+ hours to drain. Snake the drains. Overall, I look forward to visiting again soon. Thanks for the memories!

Perfect at Palazzo

Short, fall break trip with grandkids. Unit was as-advertised. Granddaughter loved the Captian's bunk room. Big balconies are a plus. Kitchen was well outfitted. Sectional made for plenty of seating room for four. WIFI is great. Usually try to rent from individual owners, but customer service from company was great.

Perfect for a quiet vacation

It was a quick and easy check-in process!! Not in a busy part of Panama City Beach which was one reason I choose this spot. Restaurants not really within walking distance (especially when it’s hot out) but were a short drive away. Security was always around and making sure guests had bracelets and were practicing social distancing which I also appreciated! I would stay here again

Wonderful for large family

I would recommend to either indicate it has a bunk from or note that is is separate from the room with the queen bed. We weren't sure till we go there if the bunks were in the same room as the queen bed or not. Also having the extended master bath was like having a 3rd bathroom to get ready in. And with 3 teens girls, it was great to have the extra space. and they could store all their stuff in the extra large closet.
