Perfect Vacation Home

This house is absolutely perfect for family vacation. It has all the amenities of home as well as entertainment for teenagers and adults to spend quality time together!!!

Beautiful beachfront house

We loved this newly renovated house. We loved the location too - beachfront and we could walk to every restaurant and grocery store. Would definitely stay there again.

Upon arrival, the smell of dogs was overwhelming, apparently coming from the double-twin bedroom. The connecting bathroom had dog hair and a partially eaten dog treat beside the toilet-paper stand. We had to run the fans on high until the odor finally disappeared.The upstairs bed was missing a leg at the foot, leaving one corner resting on the floor, and we had to sleep on it that way the first night. Water pressure was extremely low throughout the house, and the next day the water stopped completely due to scheduled area maintenance.We rewashed most dishes, pots, and pans and even found cinnamon-roll remnants on a baking sheet. The microwave turntable did not rotate because a component was missing. We also sanitized the dishwasher after finding its filter clogged with grime, preventing proper drainage.The boardwalk remains broken despite previous reviews mentioning it, and the couch cushions and pillows looked worn.On the positive side, the home stayed cool, the décor was pleasant, and the bedding was clean. Unfortunately, the first two nights were extremely frustrating. This property has great potential but needs better cleaning, maintenance, and attention to detail.

This could be a great property if it was maintained. 1. The reviews are correct-there is NO KING BED, honestly this is a simple fix, adjust your listing. 2. The condition of the walkway to the beach is AWFUL, broken boards, literal holes in the walkway -FIX IT! (My husband fell on this) 3. Air conditioning broken- considering it was a heat advisory not getting back to your guest until the next day was sub par, this is considered an EMERGENCY according to your handbook! 4. No keys to back doors so you have to walk around the property to access the house from the beach with no clear pathway and near the main electrical panel that is uncovered and left exposed. Considering how much we paid for this rental I would suggest looking elsewhere, I know we will in the future. Also, FYI location this is 3 parcels from a public beach access, so if you are looking for seclusion this is NOT the place. Believe the reviews. Buyer beware!

Nice spot. We had a great time with our four kids and dog. A few minor things would help. Boardwalk needs several broken planks replaced, its in rough shape with screws that have worked loose and standing 1" above the decking, kind of shocked no one from our crew ended up with a splinter or gouged foot after being there 5 days. House is updated on the inside but a few corners cut by contractors (trim missing, sloppy grout, etc). Updates are nice but price per night seemed a little beyond what you'd expect from a "newly renovated" place. As a family of six, we do cook a good bit and found the kitchen lacking a bit or maybe what I would call bare minimum on accessories. There were no cups for example. And one cutting board. A couple of extra bath or beach towels would be a nice add from the linen company, we had to wash bath towels three times while there. I don't want to sound all negative because it is a great spot and we would definitely return, just trying to point out a few things that should be easy fixes to improve the overall experience. Thanks for sharing this home with us, we did have a great trip and will look at it again for a trip next year.

A beautiful vacation spot

We came here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and this is a great location! The listing says there’s one king bed and one queen, but there are just two queens. However this was still a great unit and we had a great time!

Renovated beach house

Great place. Close to stores. New renovation with fresh modern colors. Kitchen is populated with pans and utensils that are used but functional. I think that the cabinets are still being renovated with pulls and under cabinet lights. I would stay here again.

Great get away

The 3rd house from the public access has lots of beach activity. The parking is ample. The house is very well stocked.The third d floor is very warm. The nest thermostat is locked. The management company can’t or won’t help you with it.

40 East Corrie was glory!

Nice home. Need more eating utensils. You should not have to wash dishes or run the dishwasher in order to eat the next meal.

Great times

The property was great! Right onion the beach. Limited on restaurants. Most food was fried. Neighbors were loud past midnight but I think it was a group of young girls. But great time with family.

Nice

Nice property. Two outdoor deck railings — one on the 3rd floor deck— were very loose. Advised the property manager at checkout so these dangerous safety issues could be addressed before someone gets injured.

NO KING BED. Only queens and twins in bedrooms. Also, we could NOT control the passcode-protected NEST THERMOSTAT. Contacted management company that contacted the owner to give us the PIN code password. They only offered to adjust it for us. It was so hot at night in FEBRUARY! House was beautifully decorated and in a nice location.
