The exterior of this home offers private paved parking at the front door. On the Gulf side, enjoy a private boardwalk to the beach, outdoor shower, and a park-style grill to prepare your fresh Florida seafood. An exterior staircase connects all levels of the home with expansive ocean views.



The first floor features two bedrooms. The second floor offers an open-concept living area with direct access to the covered deck that boasts a dining table and relaxing Adirondack chairs.



The living room offers high wood ceilings with a large smart TV, (no cable streaming only) and comfy coastal couches. The dining room seats six and the kitchen seats four at the counter. Stainless appliances appoint the well-equipped kitchen with beautiful cabinetry. A quiet office space is provided on the north side of the home for guests who need to work or study remotely. The primary suite is located on the third floor.
