The Space:

Enjoy making the best beach memories at this gorgeous home located on the 18th floor of the Majestic Beach Resort. Sit back, relax, and leave your worries at home while spending time with family and friends. This condo features a well-equipped, full kitchen that will make preparing simple beach snacks or full-course dinners easy. Guests will also enjoy access to several on-site resort amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, and tennis courts.



Boasting an ideal location, this is the perfect home base for the beach-goers of the group, as there's plenty of sun and sand for your next Panama City Beach vacation! Catch a few waves and take surf lessons at Mr. Surf’s Surf Shop, just three miles away. Enjoy some local cuisine at The Wicked Wheel, Dee's Hang Out, or Saltwater Grill, all just two miles from your door. If you want to get in some shopping, visit Pier Park or the Shoppes At Edgewater, both within five miles of this condo. Only six-and-a-half miles to St. Andrews State Park, this will be ideal for anyone looking to hike, cycle, or picnic and enjoy Florida nature

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Pool passes and wristbands are included in your reservation.

Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable.

Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband.

Overall a great condo with gorgeous views. Plenty of space for a family of four the stretch out, heavy curtains on all the windows to block out light, lots of seating options and storage space, kitchen has everything you need to cook. The views off the patio are the real highlight. The condo property has 4 pools (two outdoor and two indoor although one indoor one was always closed) and a few hot tubs. There’s a mini mart and restaurant on site. Biggest complaint was cleanliness and maintenance for the price. At this premium we expect it to be very well maintained. The couch had so many stains on it we put a blanket over it before sitting. The sheets had holes in them. The patio pillows were moldy and full of holes and should be thrown away. The patio was also dirty with food. We notified management of all this and they said they would clean before the next guests checked in, but unfortunately that didn’t help us. We’d probably pick a different property next time.

Perfect girls trip

Spring break

We enjoyed everything except the 2 entry bedrooms and living room tvs did not work. The remotes didn’t work either.

Good

Our property was a nice location not in with all the hype of the strip and nightly traffic. Great indoor pool and outdoor pool that was shaded some. Our property showed bunk beds and we did not have bunk beds when we arrived. My older daughter's bed was not a queen like listed, it was a full. A couple of our towels looked like someone had washed their car with them and had black stuff on them. Thankfully there were more and I used those. The table pictured was also not what was there upon arrival. There was 5 of us and we could not sit and eat at the table like we hoped. Overall great building and access to pool and beach and good place to stay.

Love the condo BUT VACASA

This property is awesome but i would NEVER rent from VACASA again...it took two days to get our parking pass. We were there for a few days and had to take time out of two of them more than once to get a parking pass. We didnt have access to the gym and the description of the property said gym was available. Since then changed the descriptions. IMAGINE THAT The gym was one reason we got this place. We work out everyday! VACASA also told me we could check in early being I had my 80 year old mother with us. The condo was ready at 1 I walked up and talked with maids. THEY WOULDNT LET US IN...I WAS FURIOUS ... not for me but for my mom. Dont tell me we can check in early if your not going to let us!...I loved the place and hate it is run by this company. I WILL NOT BE BACK...will find another owner to rent from...:(

The place was so clean and I really like that that extra bed plastic coverings the pillows had extra covering on it. The place was perfect. The whole establishment is very clean and that unit had every necessary needs for a comfortable stay. I can say they do need to fix one of the bath fans in one of the bathroom. It is dripping water. This is not due to any owner issue. It’s just the spot they put it in when it was built. Again very nice and will go back to stay there.
