Clean, nicley decorated. Quiet. Great location. Could have used more toilet paper (seriously). Comfort of the beds ranged from fair to good.

Great location

The property has great kitchen supplies if you plan to cook! Because of covid we wanted quick access to the beach, and didn’t plan to eat out much! So we bought food and cooked, the pools were nice, though the weather didn’t allow us to enjoy them. I’d definitely stay here again. P.S. they have a keurig machine

Great property and complex!

The property is great but will not book a stay during spring break. Lot of running down cooiriders, slamming of doors, noise, confrontation and car alarms continuously going off. Not very relaxing. We will return in the fall.

Amazing

This was my family's first trip to Destin so we were hoping for spectacular and that's what we got. This penthouse condo was beautiful and the view was even more so. I loved waking up, making coffee, and sitting on the balcony listening to the waves and seeing the dolphins swim along the coast. Just perfect. The instructions to get into the parking lot and into the condo were very easy. Getting to the beach was just a walk past the pool and across the road. Loved this condo and the location. Hope to be back very soon.

Mr

Couple of issues you need to be aware of the road coming in the front door is soil big-time been replaced. Also, you got a leak in the back of the shower in the primary bathroom that’s gonna cause mold to leak if you need to get it fixed the leak to get fixed. The toilet lid in the guest bathroom is broken. Needs to be replaced.

Garrard, thank you for being our guest and sharing your feedback. To clarify, there isn't a road leading to the front door, but we apologize for any areas you felt should be replaced. Additionally, we are disheartened to hear about your concerns with the shower and toilet lid and want you to know that you could have reported them during your visit so our team could remedy them. Your feedback has been shared with the local manager for potential improvements, and we appreciate your input. We enjoyed having you as our guest and hope to host you again.

Excellent Experience! 6 of us.

Overall I would certainly recommend this condo. Clean, with a beautiful view, close to everything we wanted but far enough away to feel like a private resort. The pool and the grounds are very well-kept. The elevators are fast and getting to the beach is shorter than some all-inclusive resorts we have stayed at. Everyone had a blast on our vacation and there isn't much negative to say about our stay here. The management team overseeing the property is the best I have ever dealt with. They are very responsive and helpful. Direct text that they respond to within just a couple of minutes, every time. If you plan on staying here, definitely check out the Back Porch restaurant. If you go out in town, my favorite restaurant is McGuire's Irish Pub of Destin near Destin Harbor. Share a meal because they are massive! I hope you find this helpful.
